My husband and I had the best week at this house! Our dog too! The home is beautiful and clean and has everything you need from toiletries, cleaning supplies and beach gear. Although you can’t see the ocean because of the dunes, the boardwalk is right next to the property and has super easy access to the beach just steps away. The area is also perfect because there are so many restaurants and shops near by. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! This property was located in the beach with a very easy and close public beach access boardwalk. The location was perfect, quiet, and so close to many shops and restaurants. My husband, my dogs and myself were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, and provided various amenities like a dish washer, dishes to use, a washer/dryer, towels, beach chairs, and more! We won’t be staying anywhere else for vacation again! And thank you to the host for promptly fixing the dead back door battery lock, and accommodating our dogs so they could be on vacation too :)

St. Augustine Beach

The house is very cute and a perfect distance to the beach! Our kids enjoyed chasing the geckos and competing to see who could touch one first. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is a bit dated, and there are some things we mentioned to the property manager that needed to be repaired. The property manager is very quick to respond to messages and follow up! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Awesome property and amazing location. We were steps from the beach. My son and granddaughter enjoyed visiting with us and spending time on the beach as well as on the back deck star gazing.Property owners were always pleasant to communicate with and very prompt with responses.

Great location with plenty of nearby eateries and shopping—everything was super convenient! The house itself is a bit dated, but most of the appliances are modern and worked well. The area is very dog-friendly, which maybe a plus for someone. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Location amazing!

Mother and son get away for Mother's Day week. House location is amazing, and the size of house is perfect for 2 (or small family/1 bathroom). We would stay here again! Could not find an outlet in bathroom, older home with outdated electric throughout, smart stove could not figure out (pans there that would not work, had to call owner), outdoor furniture is older, full sun, an umbrella would have been amazing on deck for those that want less sun. These are minor call outs, but the house is nicely decorated, older with charm, beach towels, etc. available, and again the location is unbelievable being on the beach and so close to great spots to eat and shop. We would not look to stay somewhere else if we returned - we would book there!

Great Stay

Great rental. House is clean, kitchen is clean and has everything you need. A/C works well. Electronics are great with great WiFi even on the deck. The beach is right there! Within walking distance of many restaurants.

Beautiful beach cottage

This cottage is the perfect beach cottage. It is in a wonderful area. JP was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the living space was generous for our family of three. The lot is large for being on the beach and our child loved running around playing. The kitchen has newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would 100% stay again. We started looking at dates before we even left.

This is about as close to the beach as one can get. The house is somewhat dated, but functional and comfortable enough. The host was very responsive, getting back to us in a matter of minutes when we reached out to him with questions.

Feb. 2025 Stay

The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine.
