This is a great place and we enjoyed staying here! The property is well maintained, as was the unit. It was nicely furnished and very clean. We had all the comforts of home. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and private bath, which was convenient. You can access the beach via a walkway across the dunes. There are many eateries nearby and a fun mini-golf course just down the street. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Perfect spot

This two bedroom condo is beautifully furnished and in a quiet complex with gated access to the beach. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet, second floor overlook of lagoon, and quick access to beach walks.

Quick Trip to St Augustine

Traveled to St Augustine for a long weekend with some friends to surprise another couple who live on the island. We were amazed by the unit. It was clean, updated and well equipped with great access to the beach and pool and a short drive to downtown. Jeff was a fabulous host and we will definitely be returning next time we come down for a visit.

My New Place of Heaven

I could of stayed longer! We enjoyed the condo, very homey and loved all the pics of your family…we felt right at home! The beach is beautiful, just a short walk from the condo…. Close to restaurants, stores and of course St Augustine…..so much to do, just not enough time….Thank Jeff and family we would love to return

Just terrific

The condo was lovely and as advertised. The beach is great and so was the pool. Lots of useful items that many owners don’t provide. Near some good restaurants and Publix. So we had a great time!

A few steps away from the sandy beach! Balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee with the sound of the ocean! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! Beautiful location, close to St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a quiet vacation spot.

Everything we wanted and more!

This SeaWinds St. Augustine Beach Condo was absolutely wonderful! It was tastefully decorated and equipped with quality furnishings which made it feel like a second home rather than a rental. The living room and dining area had extremely comfortable seating for 6+ and a very large flat screen TV. The bedrooms also had TVs, and the beds were comfortable, the closets spacious, and the showers’ water pressure and temperature were always spot on for 4 adults sharing the unit. There was a long-covered balcony with a wonderful ocean breeze—great for enjoying morning coffee, beer, wine, and cheese, or just reading and relaxing. The deep driveway enabled 2 cars to park in front of the garage. The unit was perfectly situated about halfway between the pool and the beach access. The condominium association grounds and amenities were beautifully maintained, including requiring access codes to both the beach entrance and pool. We loved being on the beach and yet so close to every type of shopping and restaurant. Jeff, the owner, was extremely responsive throughout the process. An outstanding communicator, he provided clear instructions in advance, upon arrival and departure. He immediately repaired a minor maintenance issue we encountered. Jeff was quick to respond to all communications sent through VRBO. We highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

Clean, comfortable Vacay at the Beach

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful, super clean, comfortable home-away-from-home! The bed and furniture are comfy for good rest and relaxation. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all one needs to prepare meals. I loved having the dual Keurig for morning coffee. It’s lovely to sit on the large balcony in the evening and listen to the fountain bubbling peacefully in the pond, and you can even glimpse a sliver of ocean at the horizon from the far end of the balcony. The location is perfect - a short beautiful walk to the beach over the boardwalk (look for the large tortoise! And the herons), a very short drive to grocery, restaurants, etc, and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The beach here is wonderful, with a one-way vehicle driving lane near the dunes, and then a long swath of hard-packed sand down to the water; very spacious and perfect for long walks or jogs. This was a great place to stay!

Well maintained property with a great location.

Lovely well maintained unit just steps to the expansive ocean beaches of St Augustine. The kitchen is well stocked, unit is clean and comfortable for a extended stay. We will return! Owner is available and easy to reach.
