Cute little cottage that has a fenced in yard. I could let my dog go outside and not have to take him for a walk first thing in morning. Good location that was a short drive to beach and short distance to historic downtown.

Adorable house that was clean and had a few tasteful Christmas decorations during our stay around the holidays. Area was very quiet too. Even though this was a pet friendly place I was so very happy to find no pet smells when we walked through the door and during our stay. I have pets myself but I do not travel with them and would prefer where I’m staying to not smell. The only thing I would suggest to the host is one of those simple tap water filter pitcher’s for the refrigerator. Having stayed in a few other places and this was the first that there was no option to filter the tap water. Host did leave a few small spring water bottles in the fridge, which I was grateful, but we ended up having to run out to buy more for our stay. Nothing to knock off any stars, just a suggestion to the host.

We took a last minute trip to St. Augustine and this was a perfect home base! Our little dogs were very happy with the yard the house was very cute and comfortable. The walk into old town was easy and had shops all along the way. Check in was a breeze and the owners were very communicative. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location with everything to make you feel like you’re right at home

I had an amazing experience here at the cottage. My daughter and I traveled to Saint Augustine so that we could tour Flagler College. This house was in the perfect location! The walk capability of the neighborhood as well as how close you were to downtown was incredible. This cottage had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The owners do not spare any detail when it comes to making sure you have what you need as well as great communication and is pet friendly. We traveled with our schnoodle, there is a fenced back yard and even towels left out for your pets. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future after my daughter attends college.

Great Getaway

There were 4 of us who needed a getaway and picked this cute house in St. Augustine. It was just a few blocks away from the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth within easy walking distance. We took advantage of the Trolley for touring. The house was a cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The home had everything we needed, including comfy pillows and throws. We loved the front porch with plenty of seating and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for reading or just talking! We cooked breakfast every morning but spent the rest of the day seeing the sights. We loved the house and would love to return. Chuck and Darlene were wonderful hosts and their house was perfect for us! Thank you!

Panic at the Amp.

We stayed in town to take part in an annual visit from WIDESPREAD PANIC at the SAINT AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATER. Deacon Chuck and his wife were wonderful and our preparation for visiting their city and property. The property was everything we could ask for. So many levels of comfort and access accessibility to the city. It really was the perfect location for our needs. We are super grateful to our hosts and look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thanks again.

Cute, Cozy, and Close to attractions

We loved this cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the trolley station. We loved sitting out on the front porches and reading. It was quiet and calm, which was surprising with how close to the trolley station and main road the house is. The second room is very small - it was fine for kids, but would be small for another 2 adults. The owners were kind and helpful. They reached out to let us know they were available, but did not hover. We had no problems to report, however. We loved the property!

St Augustine vacation

Overall the house was full of amenities. Easy access and location was perfect. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and worn. The bedframe was shaky. The second bedroom could have a lamp of some sort. We would rent again.
