"Lovely cottage and great location. Well stocked and appreciated the wine and Maltesers on arrival. The only negative I would give is the bathroom. It could do with upgrading and I was worried the toilet would stop working but it didn't. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage. The (almost) private beach is very easy to reach via a field and there is absolute peace and quiet - great for relaxing. Helen & Ross are great hosts with lots of tips for exploring the surrounding area."

"Stay was really good. Property was easy to find and locate. Leigh-Anne gave us detailed instructions of how to locate key for property and some nice welcome touches when we arrived.Place is beautifully decorated and kept and right next to the beach which was ideal for the dog.Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away."

"This was our second stay at Binny Cottage. The cottage is a beautiful, comfortable place from which to explore the East Neuk. The cottage has a spacious kitchen and family room on separate floors, two recently renovated baths and 3 bedrooms with a bonus TV room that can be converted. The garden is gorgeous and the views of the harbour and the chimneys of the town are breathtaking. The biggest improvement since our last stay in 2022 is a separate outbuilding with a new W/D. An absolute must when...

"This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was...
