"Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

"This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator"

"Kath and Ross were wonderful hosts. Communication was exceptional. Place is exactly as advertised. Location is just a 5 minute walk to all St Andrews has to offer; shopping, restaurants, harbor, Abbey etc. gas station less than a quarter mile away. Food stores Aldi and Morrisons about a mile away. Just a splendid location. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we return! "

"This was a beautiful and architecturally unique home! We had perfect weather and it was so cool to be able to open the sliding doors (which essentially opened an entire corner of the house) and sit with nature 5 minutes outside of the city. "First, the cottage was just perfect! Very clean. Nice, big kitchen complete with all the basics needed for cooking and a table for 4. Fridge was large enough for the two of us and had a small freezer compartment. Large entry area which was perfect for storing golf clubs. "Alan the owner very quick to respond to any questions. 4 min walk to Morrison's grocery store (excellent selection fresh flowers) and the bus stop to center of St Andrews. Trip takes 15min. Taxi's very affordable (6min drive)or a 20min walk. Our family of 4 slept well, quiet neighborhood. Recommend!!"

"Nothing but great things to say about this place! You can park the car and walk everywhere! Not sure how long ago it was renovated but everything feels new and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Kim and Michael did a great job of designing and decorating the flat. Lots of nice touches! We will definitely stay there anytime we are back in the area. "
