Sandy the owner was great to deal with, quick with responses and communicated everything we needed in a timely manner. The cottage is quaint and cozy, a very short car ride will take you to several nice beaches close by. The small Condo community is maintained but not overly manicured giving it a campy feel.
The loft was great for our 2 boys but could get hot in the peak of summer. Fans kept it cool for sleeping at night. The queen bed was comfortable for my husband and I. The twin beds are fine for small kids, but the box springs were a little worn making it uncomfortable for our older girls.
The kitchen is equipped with most everyday appliances. The grill, outdoor shower, large deck and dining table, small fire pit, beach cart and beach chairs, are a nice bonus. Plenty of room to roam on the grounds, our boys enjoyed riding their bikes and playing laser tag at night.
We loved the facilities at Mayflower Beach, the Pirate Mini-Golf, and Tugboats in Hyannis for dinner.
