    The Space:

    Welcome our very peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Villa del Sol that has a coastal flare & charm. The open concept kitchen is ready to go with pots, pans, dishes to enjoy easy & memorable home cooked meals on your trip. The Villas is an ideal choice for guests seeking to slow the pace down.

    The condos here have 2 pools that are surrounded by very high privacy fence from the street to the private courtyards, plus a heated jacuzzi outside. Message us for pool/jacuzzi hours.

    Their is a dining table plus additional seating at the eat in counter. Your living room has a large screen smart TV for movie apps & great for an end of the day wind down with your family that flows from the kitchen. The living room does have a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. One of the nice features of this space is a truly large outdoor patio that gives your family more space for reading, enjoying drinks, or using the outdoor BBQ grill.(please remember to bring propane as not provided) . This condo has larger than normal square footage, which makes it seem larger compared to most two bedroom condos on SPI.



    The master bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd guest bedroom features a full over full bunk bed & we do provide an airbed as well with pump. Please do bring extra bedding if you plan on using the sleeper sofa or airbed - all other towels & linens are provided.



    There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk in shower & a flat screen in the bedroom. The maximum allowed at this condo is 6 people including children & infants.



    This is a 2nd floor unit up stairs or you may use the elevator. The 2nd floor provides a better view and a quieter stay as no one is staying above you.



    Villa del Sol is a family oriented condo complex - the building management does strictly enforce the property quiet time of 9 pm to 9 am. This well maintained property does require on arrival you pick up a parking permit from the building manager for your one parking spot. We do apologize that there is not additional guest parking, but there are options on Gulf Blvd (city street free parking)

    Something very unique are the community courtyards that is very private from the street. The beach access point is an ez ½ block away.. Walk to dozens of bars & restaurants including the famous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill.

    We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are also provided.



    Property is pro managed by South Padre Isla Trips the best property management company on the Island by 2600 Padre blvd also we do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week



    We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.

    Don't forget - beach gear as not provided - or - rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of many properties up and down the beach



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that- it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete.



    Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address.



    You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to your booking platform messaging to age verify as 25 years of age. There are no exceptions to this policy as HOA enforced.



    We do not provide e Door codes earlier than check in time as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course is If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you.



    Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area.ll



    Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 9 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise)

    Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request – simply ask.



    This building does have a 3 night minimum rental as well as requires the primary guest must be 25 years of age with no exceptions and max is 6 total guests.

    You must check in at the property at unit #100 for a parking permit and show a photo ID.



    WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS seasonally for March spring Break and Easter week though no charge..

    Guest Access:

    Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.



    You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.



    We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



    If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



    Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



    You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center.



    You must further check in at unit #100 at the property during regular hours, OR make arrangements prior for a parking permit.



    We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions



    We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.



    Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI
