    Make your home at the Gulf Breeze House! Gorgeous beachfront home with full ocean and beach views. This home features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. The Gulf Breeze House has a private pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!

    Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of beach living. Whether you wish to entertain friends or take long walks on the beach, this is Island living at its finest!

    Activities available: kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, beach walks, horseback riding, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, and much more!

    Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

    Every stay at 5208 Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

After being bumped from the townhouse we originally rented, the host, SPI Rentals, did a good job of scrambling to find us something nice but a little step down. Host was very responsive to each & every need.

Nice house

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental

Beautiful home! Clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and great access to the beach. Everything was way better than the website photos. When we needed more propane for the grill, SPI Rentals came out and replaced it right away. It was easy with check-in/out and they responded instantly with answers to our questions. Our family had the best vacation here and will be returning!

Loved staying here!

My family and I loved staying at this property! Easy access to the beach, beach bar, and so spacious. We will be booking at this property in the future. Side note: my mom loved how stocked the kitchen was, great plus.

This was a great place to stay with kids.

We had a nice stay here with our family. It is in a great location and right in the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious.

No complaints- we had a great family vacation at the house. The convenience of being right on the beach, walking out enjoying yourself and then back to the house was a blessing! The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furnishings.

Great location and property!

The property was large and was in a great location. We walked to lots of restaurants from the property -- both on the beach and on the street. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the beachfront location and access were wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

Very nice property with a great location. Centrally located on SPI and right on the beach. No big issues. Master shower water pressure was very low. I would rent this property again.

What an amazing property! We felt so lucky to have found this home. We aren’t fans of condos but the location is usually good. We were thrilled to have a whole house waterfront and in such a great location,

Amazing PRIVATE beach access

Great Spot!

SPI was super accommodating with granting both early and late check-ins. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view. We had no issues with any of the appliances and the pool ran great. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Beach Front location

This is our third time renting from SPI. This is an excellent property with its own private pool on the Gulf. Walking distance to many restaurants. We met the owner last year of this property and decided to rent it for a family vacation. They renovated the pool and the hot tub last year. Everything was wonderful.
