    The Space:

    This condo was semi- redone as of March 2022. We rent this address as a duplex side by side, each side is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Upstairs this space is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom up and 1 bedroom / 1 bath room down and has a separate entrance lots of sleeping space for your family. This is the entire left hand side of the building upstairs and downstairs.



    This setup is perfect for a bit more privacy is combining families or generational travel. This home has an eclectic beach house vibes. If you are looking for brand new white quartz cookie cutter, this isn’t your spot to consider as it has personality.



    On top floor the open concept kitchen opens to living room.bedrooms have all new furniture too..



    End of street you can actually fish as City owns that. (we do not guarantee you catch fish :) )



    This is a duplex consisting of two separate condos unit 1 (a) is the left side, whereas unit 2 (b) is the right side. Both sides have 2 levels. The pool in the back is shared. Each unit 1 and or 2 are stand alone condos - they share nothing in common except shared pool and parking

    This listing is NOT for a stand alone home as one total unit unless you rented out both sides



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



    If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



    Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



    *Free Parking Off Street



    The patio and pool are some of the best parts! The Patio has chairs to watch the sunset, with great bay views on a fairly quiet street. Just 1.5 walkable blocks to the beach & public beach access points. Pool is brand new as of March 2022. The downstairs unique walks right out to the pool.



    The 2 bedroom part is so going up 1 flight of stairs tjat os required. 2 included off street parking spaces are included. We do allow up to 12 people - however 8 is less than ideal as this 3 bedrooms youd have some kids in the mix.



    King bed in master plus a small fold down couch perfect for kiddos. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but bottom bunk is a Queen, top bunk is adult sized double bed. The 2nd bedroom please note is smaller, and children should watch themselves getting into top bunk as there is a ceiling fan present. Downstairs is another bunk double on bottom twin bed on top plus a fold down couch in the living room.



    The pool and backyard are shared space.with the other side of this duplex, FYI. Combine both sides to accommodate many.. We also have a private home even closer to bay same street with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14 more people for family get togethers. Just message us for a price on all.

    Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.



    Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



    Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

    Guest Access:

    You'll have access to the entire left side of this duplex property. This includes the upstairs unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the downstairs unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Both levels feature their own kitchens and living areas. Enjoy the shared pool and the patio, perfect for watching sunsets. Free off-street parking is available, with two spaces provided. Please be aware that the pool and backyard are shared with the other unit of the duplex.

    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You'll find free off-street parking for two vehicles right at the property. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 40-minute drive away. While public transportation options on the island are limited, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The island is also very walkable and bike-friendly, with many attractions, restaurants, and the beach within easy reach. Consider renting a golf cart for a fun and convenient way to explore the area. Remember, driving times can vary depending on traffic, especially during peak season.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please take note of important details for your stay. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You must be at least 25 years old to book, and the primary guest must be present at check-in. An e-sign rental agreement with a photo ID is required after booking. Free off-street parking is available for two vehicles. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. The pool is open from 8 AM to 9 PM. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash upon check-out. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing specifies otherwise, and pet fees apply. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. No smoking or parties are allowed. For stays longer than two nights, you may need to bring extra supplies as starter packs are not replenished. Contact us with any questions before booking.
