The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice, but the landscaping needed attention. There were thorny plants adjacent to the driveway that made it hard to exit and enter our vehicle. The gas grill on the second level was not clean, only own burner functioned, was not usable. These were minor things which did not affect our stay. The beach was close by. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The owner was attentive and responded to our needs. Thanks, and God Bless

Great location, easy beach access and lots of extra amenities. My family enjoyed their stay and the elevator was a plus for my older parents. Clean and extra comfortable beds. Would stay again! Host was easy to wk with and very attentive!

Great House!

Great location, just four houses down from the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the house felt very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.

Could be better

Checking in was not good. Power had gliched. So the code was not working. Called, and was quickly resolved. Was nice to have all the paper products provided. Close to beach. Now for the not good. Area rugs were quite dirty. Upon check in we were looking for a book to read for directions. None provided. Would still be a good idea. Around the pool could of been cleaner. Found a dead cockroach in downstairs bedroom. It was dead. Under the beds was filthy. Cleaning crew need to step up. Ice maker not working, some shelfs in fruge were gone. TV were a nighmare, not enough hot water. Network to get on was sad. Water in washing machine garage the hot and cold were messed up. Dryer upstairs did not work. With this said we did have a good time. Just thing to maybe correct.

Family gathering

Took my family out to this beautiful condo. It was everything described and more. Every convince my family could need was available. The home was very clean and conveniently located near the beach entrance. The owner was always available when ever I had a question and ready to provide me with the information I needed. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Anniversary Trip

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this wonderful place. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or time. Everything was perfect. The house fit all of our needs and wants.Everything we needed was there and the owner was there if there was anything else we needed. Five stars for sure!

Beautiful home! The elevator made the trip for my handicapped daughter much easier and comfortable. We really enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. So many amenities. Highly recommend this extraordinary house!

Excellent Host!

Our friends and my family had a wonderful, albeit shorter than I'd prefer, stay here. Joe was absolutely excellent at timely communication and making us feel welcome and taken care of. The only constructive criticisms I'd leave is improving the main kitchen water temps and pressures, improving the Wifi (the connection speeds were pretty bad) and getting an ice machine. These additions and improvements would simply make a great place to stay even better. All in all, we'd absolutely come back! The Knapp's & Brady's

Very nice family home

We really enjoyed this place. It was well stocked. I wasn’t expecting anything in the cabinets but the place had all kinds of seasonings, extra towels, coffee honestly just about everything you could want. The only issue we ran into was on the third level balcony. The floor kind of slanted and I didn’t feel safe up there. Did not fee comfortable to let my kids walk on it. Besides that it was perfect. Perfect location by the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on staying at this location next vacation as well.

Great space for two families!!!

Traveling with families can be rough, but this house provided us with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool and the lower level bedroom. The elevator was very nice for taking luggage and laundry upstairs. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It had really nice appliances, and plenty of storage! Very short walk to the beach plus lots of sand toys & a wagon provided!

Family getaway

This was only my second time using a Vrbo property. And it could not have been easier. Joe was very accommodating. Even with changes I requested after the initial reservation was made. The home was perfect for our family of 12. It was as advertised, very close to the beach. We loved the convenience of an elevator which allowed our elderly mother to come with us and easily use her walker. We found the house well-equipped and did not have any issues. I would certainly recommend this property.

Comfortable and Beautiful Home with Plenty of Room

A group of my closest friends and myself stayed at this lovely VRBO for my 40th birthday celebration. The house is wonderful! Plenty of room for all. The master suite is amazing! Kitchen is open and roomy and basic seasonings are provided, along with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and cups a group will need. Plenty of dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent provided. Bathrooms all had plenty of hand soap and towels. This home was very clean from top to bottom! Private pool area is wonderful! Clean pool with beautiful landscaping. All things worked as they should and our host, Joe, was wonderful! Joe was super responsive to messages and the one phone call we had to make because we couldn't figure out living room TV! Operator error, lol. I had contacted Joe before our arrival asking if there were portable fans in the home as a few ladies in our group like to sleep with a fan for back ground noise. Joe let us know that there was not, but he thought it was a great idea to have some and ordered three brand new small fans through Amazon and they were delivered the second day we were there! Now that is GREAT service! The beach is just as described, a 3 minute walk from house! A beach wagon, chairs, and beach towels are provided in garage! How amazing! I also noticed beach toys as well, in the garage. This place is a dream and I HIGHLY recommend it! Our whole group agreed that we will be back and stay at this beautiful VRBO again!

South padre townhouse

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach access. Private pool is a bonus but its not heated so chilly in cooler temps. Had a few snags with door locking on us & fire alarms going off for no reason. All in all, it was a nice place and we felt at home. Owner was very helpful at solving problems quickly via text/call. And we were thankful for the attached townhouse neighbor, Patrick, who helped us out in a pinch & let us use his heated pool! We enjoyed our 7 days immensely, hated going home.

Excellent Vacation Home, Great Price, Very Close to the Beach

This rental is an excellent beautiful vacation retreat, very clean, plenty of room and amenities, at a GREAT PRICE and all with AWESOME communication from the owner, Joe – it was PERFECT. We rented the property over the Christmas weekend with a group of 9 adults, a couple dogs, and room for 3 vehicles (1 garaged, 2 on driveway). The house and outdoor areas are casual with updated decor, spacious, and provide plenty of room for everyone to move about without disturbing others; you can lounge at the pool, relax in the living room, gather at the huge dining table or center kitchen island for games and fun, or have a nightcap on the balcony enjoying the firepit. The house has a beautiful, updated kitchen that is well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies and everything you need, even a KitchenAid mixer. The elevator is such a plus for getting grocery items to the kitchen as well as your luggage and travel bags to the bedrooms. The private saltwater pool was great even in December, inviting and invigorating! Plenty of flat screen TV’s, great wireless and internet service, great laundry facilities, plenty of bathrooms and showers/tub, an outdoor shower head to rinse off, and the rental was adequately stocked with essential household items. Although we didn’t have a chance to use them, there was an outdoor grill as well as a smoker. Added bonuses of a wine fridge and Keurig (in addition to a regular coffee maker) in the dining area as well as another Keurig, microwave and small fridge on the lower level. The location is awesome, so close to the beach and the beach chairs/umbrellas and beach wagon to haul items to the beach are wonderful. The rental is in a beautiful quiet area, and we felt completely comfortable walking to and from the beach any time of the day or evening. We made one of the treks to the beach at 6AM Christmas morning to watch the sunrise. Beautiful. Easy check in and check out, problem-free rental experience and most importantly a very responsive and communicative owner. I hope we can go back again on another trip so that we can rent from Joe again. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you so much Joe for a wonderful vacation home.
