    This house requires exterior stairs and may be difficult for children or guests with limited mobility (There are no interior stairs that connect the downstairs and upstairs rooms and living areas). PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.


    IMPORTANT: Please read the following important notes before you book our house:

    - NOTE: Charcoal is not supplied for the charcoal grill. Guests must bring their own and clean it after each use.

    - NOTE: The property may not be suitable for young children. Supervision suggested around the pool

    - NOTE: The property requires exterior stairs and may be difficult for children or guests with limited mobility (There are no interior stairs that connect the downstairs and upstairs rooms and living areas)

    - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is facing the driveway and the other is facing the main entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video

    IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

    You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

    The owners of Angel's Paradise welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

    1. Parking ~ is limited to 6 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

    2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is than 14 guests. The main booker should be at least 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

    3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

    4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

    5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed green/blue dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

    6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Our pool water gets HOT during the summer months, the only heater ON during the summer months is the good old SUN. Out pool does not have a fence. Parents, supervision is highly recommended around the pool.

    7. BBQ ~ A charcoal pit is included. The charcoal is NOT. Please clean after each use.

    8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

    Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

    Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

    Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

    Subletting not allowed.


    Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

    Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

    The keypad code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

    Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

    Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

    "Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

    Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

    You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

    Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

    Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to your arrival date. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

    The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Perfect beach house for family trip

Spacious with great living area for all 12 of us to gather, eat, play games after a day at the beach! Short easy walk to the beach. kitchen well stocked with what we needed to cook with every day. It was a great place to stay for our multigenerational group! Would definitely recommend!

We rented this to be close to friends who were vacationing at Douglas lake. Great location,well appointed. Would have loved to have been able to spend more time in the town its self! I loved that this was an old bldg fixed up and being used! Great Stay!!!

Angel's Paradise Stay

Angel's Paradise was very clean, and we had a great time. The location was very close to the beach and also the convenience store. I never would have considered that a plus; however, with only three or four stores on the island, it was very handy. I would definitely recommend this house for groups with kids who are old enough to walk around by themselves.

Nice and Relaxing Stay

The house is nice overall. We were a total of twelve, and we all fit comfortably with extra space. The upstairs is much more modern than the downstairs, but it’s still a great place! We enjoyed the pool, which majority of lighting comes from lights on the back/side of the house. Very close to the beach— we could see some fireworks from the balcony.
