Very nice property. Large rooms for a large group. Easy beach access and local grocer. Plenty of items to serve a large family. Confortable beds and pool/spa were great. Well maintained.

We had the best time here in South Padre Island!! The location was perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants and shops. Check in and out was easy and great communication with the host! The house was very nice! There were just a few things that affected our stay. When we checked in on a Friday, the pool was super cloudy, dirty and full of sand. According to the house rules, the pool is cleaned every Thursday. It clearly had not been done. This was resolved within a few hours but we couldn’t use it until the next day so that was a little let down. The door latch to the pool from the inside of the house was broken so everyone had to enter and exit through the bedroom. This was ok, but some were trying to sleep while others wanted to be in the pool. It made an awkward situation to be entering a room while someone is sleeping. Again the host communication was great, but they couldn’t get anyone in to fix it until Monday. So all weekend the early swimmers had to sneak through the bedroom. The only other issue we had was that the ovens weren’t clean when we got there. Someone had cooked and spilled in the bottom of one leaving a large sticky mess. The other oven smelled heavily of fish. The host was super receptive and sent someone to clean it right away. Our stay was amazing and we had a great time. The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is great and we would definitely stay here again. I did mark it down a star for the few issues though.

Adult only 40th High School Reuniom

I booked this house for my husband and myself along with 6 other classmates and their spouses. The house was perfect! I loved it because it accommodated adults with king size beds in every room with the exception of the one room with bunkbeds. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was completely stocked with a coffee pot, and a Keurig. It had 2 ovens, two microwaves, a toaster oven, an airfrier, and even a designated toaster for gluten free bread. It was nice that the kitchen table was large enough for us all to sit around to eat and play games. I think our only issue was there was no pool cue chalk. Of course, we all made due. I

Great Stay

Everything was walking distance - the beach was only a block away, the grocery store 2 blocks, & the bars/restaurants 2-6 blocks..the pool & hot tub took a little warming up, but they were used multiple times daily once they did..the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was ideal..the layout & common areas were very spacious..the kitchen was well-stocked..was an overall great trip/experience with family & friends..THANKS!!

South Padre stay

Four couples enjoyed a one week stay in this beautiful home from Feb. 22 to March 1. Everything was exactly as stated in the presentation. The weather was a little cool when we arrived, but once things warmed up, we enjoyed both pool and hot tub.

Family time in SPI

Our family of 22 spent the week together. There was enough room for everyone to do their own thing and also have multiple activities going on at once. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for making large meals.Very close to the beach, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to make it more than the first couple of days.Would definitely stay there again if we have another family gathering in South Padre.

Great Location/ Great Property

We had a group of 9 friends and family. The gathering spaces worked out beautifully. House one of the best stocked we have ever rented. The home and pool area were well cared for and spotless. The location is perfect - could walk to beach, bay, grocery store and multiple restaurants/bars. Communication with Lyly was excellent. Highly Recommend.

This property was awesome!! Super accommodating for our group as far as space and sleeping arrangements. Very short, walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved everything about it. Plenty of room. Great location for walking to night life, food, and beach. The only thing that would make it spectacular would be moving the extra refrigerator from the garage to the room by the pool and game room.

Wonderful place

Everything about the place was great, short walk to the beach and grocery store down the street! Jimmy was very a big help, very nice gentleman. Good communication with Lyly. Loved that they had more than enough towels ready for us, beds are very comfortable and clean. Overall we had a great stay and time, I would recommend booking this place.

New place to call home.

This house was a block from the beach, a 5 min walk to the sand. The house had everything you need to feel at home. Lily was very responsive to all questions. We have never stayed in a house this beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms accommodated the adult guest.

The location is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beach is right across the street. Great family fun, everything you need in the kitchen. Just FYI the living area is upstairs, and you will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.

Perfect Family Reunion House!

We came to town for a family reunion and it was the absolute perfect location and size house for our 14 adults. Walking location to grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. Would recommend this house to all but keep in mind the main living space is on the second floor just in case you have much older guests but besides that everything was great!

Love South Padre and can’t wait to go back!

Was a wonderful stay for us! Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with the house… First and foremost, the internet either did not work or was slow all week. The floor throughout the house is all marble tiles (I think) and we felt like it was a fall risk for some family members - the flooring is very hard and very slippery. Also, we felt like for the price the appliances and tvs were poor quality and the outdoor furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable. There was no shade around the pool and no outdoor umbrellas for use so using the pool wasn’t convenient at all. The owners were very responsive overall when we reached out to them and we had a wonderful trip anyway! Could of been a 5 star rating with minor upgrades! Thank you - loved south padre!

Gorgeous!

My family stayed here for my wedding in SPI. Check in process was so easy! Lyly was easy to reach and very professional. We absolutely loved this house, 3 days into our stay we booked for next year! This house is just a short walk to the board walk. The house is kept very cool and we were impressed at how stocked the kitchen was! It had everything we needed. The majority of our group are adults so it's nice to have a separate room with the bunk beds so kids can be bunked together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge! The beds are comfortable and king sized. The kids loved the pool and the backyard has plenty of seating. My favorite part of this house is the kitchen and living room. They are joined and opened, so when we were cooking and eating there is enough space for the whole group to be there together. The kitchen table and island have so much seating. Thank you Lyly for providing such a wonderful home for a special time in our lives!

Perfect location for a family gathering

This place is perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for meals and gatherings, great private pool to chill at, short walk to the beach and spacious bedrooms to rest in after a full day. LyLy was a great host and available with quick responses before during and after the visit. If you don’t have an awesome time at this place, it’s on you.

Excellent House

This house is everything we hoped it would be. Very spacious to accommodate each and every one of us. Cleanliness throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach. The list is endless. We go often to SPI and we’ve rented many houses so we would know. We really enjoyed this house and made wonderful memories. Hope to be back soon!

Mother’s Memorial & Family Reunion

19 of us stayed very comfortably at this house. It has plenty of space for family to congregate together, break bread together, swim in the pool & BBQ together, etc. We especially liked that the beach and grocery store are within a short walking distance. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to stay at this property in the future.

The house was perfect. Great location to the beach and other attractions. The house was super spacious. We never felt crowded. The pool hot tub combo was a hit. The kids loved it. The kitchen was so large, perfect for our dinners and just hanging out. Communication with the owner was really easy and prompt!
