"When we first arrived, we noticed a bit of weeds around the property which was a little concerning, but not necessarily a deal breaker. Inside the first thing that hit us was the smell. It was awful. Stale and musty and definitely cigarettes. Maybe it just needed to air out. But the windows were already open and it was quite breezy inside.
