Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 4 days in the South Fork, CO rental property and also enjoyed the golf course very much. The condo was beautifully appointed and in a great location near pretty much everything in South Fork! The rental group (VRC) was fantastic! The communication and responsiveness was above expectations. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We would definitely book with them again and encourage any of our friends to do so as well. We will go back!

Suitable Stay, Disappointing Golf Course Condition

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okay place. Told company about screen on slider off and laying beside unit next door as well as windows upstairs that don't close. After that discovered that slider door is warped and doesn't seal so bugs get in, dining room chairs need to be replaced or restuffed - we had to sit on multiple pillows to not feel like we were sitting on the floor. Outside grill is a wreak - not something you would consider even grilling on and needs replaced. Too hot to sit out in the back in the afternoon due to west facing.
