"Expect farm feel, not at all. Very inconvenient accommodation. Should just market as sleep room(s). Hotel room would have been more accommodating with amenities, specially for price. Spotty WiFi. Would never recommend."

"The home is very well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to anything you might want to do in the Iowa City area. We loved the yard/deck, the ability to bring our dog, and the neighborhood was quiet. The Host was very easy to work with and fast to respond to questions. We would love to stay there again."

"We were a little disappointed by the lack of dinnerware and cookware in the kitchen. None of the basics ie: salt, oil, dishwasher detergent were available. We tried to use the oven but when turning it on to preheat it was evident by the immediate smokiness that the oven was very dirty and we immediately turned it off. The bedrooms were nice but livingroom seating was sparse and uncomfortable, no dining table options. This is in a great location if you are looking for just a place to sleep and...

"This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. (A truly comfortable queen bed!)Home is as-pictured, however what isn’t shown here (yet?) is the lovely garden, flowers, and outdoor seating area. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!"
