"Well appointed, very clean, great amenities, and excellent communication with owner/property manager. The location is perfect and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The owner has provided a nice parking place off of the main road and the private back yard and porch are fantastic. We did not use the hot tub but it looked to be well maintained and is surrounded by a nice seating area. We were very happy with everything. "

"Everything was so perfect. Almost everything in Renton is walkable from the house. I walked to one of the parks daily. Everything was so clean and we felt safe at all times. "I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. "

"The cottage is lovely and private. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 8 nights and were happy with our choice since we were visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving Holiday who live about 15 min away. Only difficulty we had was internet was spotty, but Nara replied immediately to our concern.Parking was a bit tight because we have a long wheel based pickup, but would be fine for a normal car.
