  • High-end accommodations with gas fireplace with remote for cozy evenings, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with ultra-comfortable king bed. The outdoor patio is fantastic for enjoying a glass of wine and observing nature right outside your front door. A lighted pathway leads to 2 parking spots for your usage.

    Also, please note that the unit has no steps or stairs and parking is right outside the front door just a few steps to the one-level apartment on the ground floor. Speed free Internet Wi-fi, big screen HD TV, free on-demand cable/movies. Children are welcome, porta-crib available.
    For your protection:
    The suite has been upgraded with a new antiviral/virus filtration system.

    Biking n hiking trails start from the back yard. Your comfort matters.

    Close to Issaquah Swedish Hospital. Just down the road from Snoqualmie Falls, beautiful historic Snoqualmie & railway, and golf. Close to filming locations of Twin Peaks n Tweede`s. Located at the base of open trails on the vacated Snoqualmie railway. Float the nearby Snoqualmie River, hike, bike, or horse ride for miles of grand nature. Nightlife includes Snoqualmie Casino, just 6 miles away. Cozy fireplace in the winter, the air in the summer very Private.

    And by the way, this is one of two apartments on or traveling with family that wants their own place this is the perfect location.

    The apartment is located in the back half of the house at:

    Fall City, WA 98024

    Check-in anytime from 3 PM on. To access the apartment, turn off Highway 202 also known as Fall City Snoqualmie Road at 356th Dr. SE. The very first home you will see on the left-hand side is your destination. You`ll see a driveway in front of a stone fence then and you have arrived. Enter the gate of the stone fence to access your apartment.
    Your dog is welcome but please keep him/her off beds and sofas.
    Please clean after your dog.

A little small for 4 adults with 2 cars parking was very tight. The bed was very high and was hard for a short person to get in.Loved the back area and a very friendly cat loved to visit.All in all it was good.

The property fit our needs very well. There were only two of us staying in the unit and it was comfortable and well appointed.Genny was very responsive and helpful when we couldn't get the fireplace to work. Who knew we'd need it at the end of June, but it took the chill out of the air. She also helped with replacing the coffee maker that wasn't working.The other properties on the complex were all rented by parties at the same wedding, which we found out after we arrived which was fun. The grounds were just beautiful, in bloom and well care for. Thumbs up!

Falls City Jewel

We absolutely love staying here. Clean, comfortable and furnished with all you need for a relaxing stay. Several hiking trails close by, river floating, flower farm, vegetable farm and of course Snoqualmie Falls.

Lovely getaway!

A cozy farmhouse-type stay. Very clean, very family friendly, and beautiful! The hosts clearly love their property, and it results in such a nice little getaway. Still close to plenty of attractions and food, too. We had a fantastic time!

Twin Peaks Perfect Getaway

This location is easily accesible to many twin peaks locations. The check in process was super easy and the location has great amenities and even though the space is a little oddly shaped it really worked well for us. If i came back I'd stay here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in Fall City, it was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! When we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Spot

This was definitely one of our favorite rentals. Very well appointed and amenities were well thought out. The owner was very responsive to our questions: check in and out were simple and well-communicated. Would highly recommend—great host and great location.

Consistent and Comfortable

We have stayed at Evelyn's "Momma Bear" unit many times and it never disappoints us. We appreciate the location to our family who lives in the area and responsiveness to our inquiries. We will be back for sure!
