Wonderful getaway

This place was fabulous for my mother and I's yearly Christmas shopping trip. Tons of restaurants close by to choose from. Close to the outlets. We had a blast in the hot tub and even played the fairy game in the morning. We are big kids at heart! I can imagine how fun this would be with small children. Unfortunately it was very rainy and windy so we didnt spend much time outside. However, the property was beautiful. Firepit would be fun in better weather. I cant say enough about how responsive and helpful the owner was. The place was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We want to go back!

Excellent experience

Everything was excellent - communication with owner was extremely good. Check-out process was the easiest of any rental we have had over the years. Fully stocked which is a huge help in not having to run to the store for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags etc. Setting and location were perfect for our needs - downtown but backs up to a beautiful river. Hot tub was great, and the outdoor patio was where we spent evenings relaxing - very nice! Beds were comfortable and plenty of good pillows, towels, linens. Only complaint is that the smoke detector goes off EVERY time we would use the toaster, even if we didn't let it toast very much which of course woke up anyone still sleeping each morning. Thank you to Rick for the excellent communications and making our stay truly enjoyable. Overall I think this is one of the best experiences we have had at a vacation rental over many, many years of travel.

Clean, well appointed condo. Right on the river. Lots of outdoor space. Comfy bed. Walking distance to town of N Bend, Safeway and eateries. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with owner. Look forward to returning.

Lovely staycation

Terrific accommodations for the price. Great amenities. 4of 5 as: I wish there was blackout drapes in bedrooms. Too bright too early. Fortunately a/c in 3 rooms however bedroom still too warm for me though turned all as low as possible. Lots of pillows unfortunately no combo was comfortable for me. Despite these small issues, I would definitely stay again.

Great location for a getaway

Very nice little property on the river, with new everything and a nice hot tub. Easy walk to town. Incredible views of Mt Si and surrounding hills. All for a really reasonable price.

Beautiful North Bend

Perfect location, amazing accommodations!! The unit was cozy but definitely big enough for a family of 4 or 5. Easy walk to all local food and brewery. Quiet neighbors and clean hot tub with a view. Definitely our new favorite get away!

Great getaway

Great place! Very clean and had everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend! Hot tub was very nice and great view but a little too hot at 107 degrees but we managed to enjoy for a few minutes.

A excellent place for a relax

This is an ideal place for a get away place, relaxing mentally and physically. The property has xbox with unlimited games, many boardgames and smart tvs for easy use. The best part is the hot tub with views. We spent some time in the hot tub everyday, which is the best way for a physical relax. I am on vocation and just want to spend some time outside the busy city, but still with necessary grocery stores, restaurants, etc. This is the perfect place for me, and my boyfriend is working during the week. The internet is good, too. So this is a dual-purpose place, great for everyone. Sometimes, spending some time in a different place, without long time commuting, could bring a good refresh and boost future work.

Thoughtful extra touches make this a special place to stay

We booked #3 for a ski trip + visiting relatives in Washington (lucked out with a snow storm right before we arrived) and spent 4 nights. The location is great, only a 25 minute drive to Snoqualmie Summit ski mountain and about the same to Seattle/Bellevue area. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The unit itself is tastefully updated, clean, and very comfortable. The hot tub was in good working order and enjoyable. Beyond all this, the owners put in extra little touches that made the experience special. For example, they found out we had 3 kids and prepared a fun "treasure hunt" type puzzle activity that they enjoyed, complete with a prize at the end. The jar full of candy was also a big hit. Communication was excellent throughout. A wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying near North Bend.

Short Winter Getaway

Beautiful rental in a great location. On one side a view of a river and mountains and on the otherwise the mountain snowcaps. Privacy on both the deck connected to the master room and the deck with the hot tub. The owner was very attentive and available to help with any needs. The property had a lot of amenities including plenty of basic essentials for cooking in the kitchen. Every room was nicely decorated and well thought out with the Tenant in mind. This is easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed which includes five star resorts. I would definitely recommend this for a getaway even during the hiking off season.
