"We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

"We stay at a beautiful beach front unit that was perfect. The only negative was that someone in the floor above us was smoking marijuana in the deck and the winds were blowing the smell all around us."

"The villa was great. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The views of the ocean from our balcony were great. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location in the future."

"This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available."

"This was a great spot for a couples getaway. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony. This end of the island is suffering from erosion, so getting to the beach was a little walk but easy enough to navigate. Contactless entry was smooth sailing. Thanks very much for the opportunity to stay."

"The location of the property couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with a fire alarm battery that we called and reported but it was never addressed while we were there. Also the place was extremely damp and musty smelling, which I know can happen on the beach, but this was worst then anywhere I’ve stayed before. Over all I would stay here again because of how great the location is."

"Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great."
