This property is falling apart. The facility is in drastic need of maintenance and repairs. When we arrived there was standing water in the common areas and lights were intermittently working. The beach is non-existent and the access to the beach was closed off due to the beach erosion. The pools were all closed because they have the potential for undermining. We saw at least 4 properties nearby where the pools were being removed, due to them being undermined by the beach erosion. The closest beach access was a 30 minute walk and was only accessible during low tide, as rising tide and high tide were up to the property.We observed workers attempting to complete beach nourishment in the middle of the night, in clear violation of NC laws concerning beach nourishment in the month of October (beach nourishment is only permissible from Nov to May annually). We didn’t see any sea turtles harmed, but as this area is a sea turtle nesting area, it can’t be ruled out that the facility was harming sea turtles.None of the amenities were available, game room was a bust, a number of the machines either didn’t work or didn’t have the equipment to play.

The condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. It was very clean. They provided everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The view was excellent with balcony access from all the bedrooms. The grounds with both pools were also clean and people were very friendly. The only complaint that I have is with the Wi-Fi, it is a community wifi and it is extremely slow. I tried to work while we were at the location and at times it was impossible. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Far from a "resort"

The condo unit was nice. The king sized beds were comfortable. The unit was clean and well kept. One sofa was nice, second sofa was terribly uncomfortable.The beach was very nice, not too crowded, though at high tide, the beach is pretty narrow. Much nicer than any OBX beach, or Myrtle Beach.The resort was terribly disappointing. One of the two pools was closed due to a pump issue. The "outdoor" pool bar was closed. Only one elevator was operating, which made for a lot of waiting with bags and chairs.We tried communicating with our hosts to address an issue thru the app, but that didn't work because it's an AI bot. We tried to call the phone number given, but there was no answer and no call back after leaving a message.Overall, I would recommend a different place to stay in North Topsail. This place was not worth the cost.

Little piece of Heaven

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The location, view, and proximity to the Beach were incredible. Extremely clean and homey. Loved the Pirate Restaurant on site. Sitting on the Balcony and sipping on our morning Coffee was such a treat. Will definitely be back!

Absolute best view

We spent a perfect weekend here together with a couple friends to have a break from our young children. This condo is EVERYTHING! You cannot beat the incredible view of the ocean. You can see (and hear!) the waves crashing onto the beach from the beds in two of the bedrooms. It was amazing to sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to sights of the sunset from my pillow! We saw plenty of dolphins and birds from the balconies off of the bedrooms. It was quiet, clean, had all the amenities we needed, the beds were really comfortable and the hosts were so courteous to check-in to ensure we were having the best stay possible. Very responsive. Highly recommend this place! We would love to bring our kids back and stay here again! Many thanks!

Quick beach getaway

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful beachfront condo, and it won't be our last! We spend most of our time on the balcony, the ocean is so close you feel like you can reach out and touch the sand. The condo is spotless, even the chairs on the balcony were clean! The resort added a restaurant in the building since last year. I was nervous we'd hear the music or the people but we didn't hear a peep. Also, I highly recommend the BLT Wrap, it's served warm with ranch for dipping. Anyway, in summary, the condo is perfect with a fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches in the bathrooms. Beds comfy, furniture and TV and Internet top notch. The elevator is close to the front door but not loud. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We cannot recommend this condo enough. Enjoy! I

Great place

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were standard and clean, and access to the beach was easy. All we wanted was to get away and unplug for a few days, and this place provided all we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. The beach is small at high tide, but we never felt in competition for space.

Great location

The whole experience was flawless. I can’t think of one thing that went wrong or was bad with the whole vacation. The communication with the host was great and the location of the room to the beach couldn’t have been better. It was a very safe and secure location. All the people that we came in contact with were great. The beaches weren’t overcrowded and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great place to take a family and we will definitely return.

Truly amazing!

What a beautiful place at N Topsail!! Oceanfront and steps from the sand. We (wife and me, two sons and DIL and 3 grandkids) had a marvelous time here. Eating out or cooking in...playing games...exploring on the shore...watching the dolphins...we had plenty of room and furnishings were great. Wife and I were there a full two weeks and enjoyed every minute. Our only suggestion would be to have a vacuum cleaner or dirt devil available for sandy accidents.

Million Dollar View

This condo was immaculately cleaned and had a million dollar view. It was even better than I ever expected! I loved the huge windows in the living room and king bedrooms. The tall chairs with cup holders on the balcony were perfect. The only surprise was that sometimes high tide takes away the entire beach! We did find a beach that was accessible at all times if you continue to drive north past the condo. It’s right there at the 4x4 trail. We got in late and ate at the pirate bar and grill right there on site and were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of food. It was so good that we ended up ordering takeout there another day too. My family had a good time combing the beach for sharks teeth and other treasures. We found several small teeth on the beach right behind the condo. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommended!!

We were very impressed with this property! Having stayed at many different St Regis units over the years this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, well equipped and was perfect for a nice weekend getaway. The property manager reached out to check on our stay which added a nice touch. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous condo unit

This unit was like new and very clean, as well as, in an amazing resort spot. You really don’t need to even leave the property with a large and really nice pool with tiki cabana style bar and grill, a fine dining restaurant on the top floor with glass window walls for an obstructed and unparalleled view of the ocean. Also has the Aarrrrrr Pirate bar and grill in site and the tiki cabana at the pool has a grill and serves great breakfast and lunch foods right at the pool and the ocean is just over the dunes. Hated to leave this beautiful place.

Million dollar oceanfront view

This condo is spectacular in every way. Right when you enter the condo, you are greeted with an exceptional front row view of the beach and ocean. The condo has gorgeous furnishings and we were so happy with the open floor plan. We married right on the beach during our stay and it was so nice to have a place for the groomsmen to get ready without being on top of each other. The condo was also spotless clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. We hope to come back very soon. The wedding was exciting and beautiful but also stressful so we really want to come back to enjoy the peace and beauty this condo offers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Mediocre Condo with great views

Cons: Condo needs a deep cleaning. Hairs left everywhere! Also, sheets in master didn’t seem clean. Furniture is old. The property is outdated and needs repairs. One pool was not working leaving only one that was jammed packed and not enjoyable. Elevators broken. Washing machine is extremely loud, it was hard to even have conversations while running it and we definitely couldn’t run a load while going to bed. Also, would be nice to be able to have a storage closet for beach chairs, boogie boards, etc instead of having to haul them back and forth to our vehicle every day. First condo I’ve stayed where we had no storage closet. Pros: Great, up close views of the ocean that we really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable.

Average condo

The property needs a refresh the grounds and property are in need of repairs . The condo also had dirty floors and dirty sheets when we arrived . The master bath shower did not drain and I had to unclogged it! The furniture has stains and is outdated ! The view from balcony and the beach was awesome ! We paid a lot of money for our vacation and we were disappointed in the condo and with the resort!

Beach vacation perfection

It was all very beautiful. The condo right on the beach was perfect. I’m pretty sure the balcony view was everyone’s favorite. The communication with Andrew was smooth, easy, and courteous. Politely checking in to make sure our visit was the best possible experience. I would surely recommend this stay and I hope to travel there again soon!
