"This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. "The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. "

"Perfect for our family of 5! We had our 3 girls share the king bed and we had the down stairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Could ride bikes into town and several beaches. We could use the Wave Shuttle to get places a little farther away. Would stay there again. "

"I enjoyed this stay for a solo trip but it would also be perfect for a couple or two close friends who don’t mind sharing a [hotel quality] bed. Fairly open and spacious for a studio—loved having a smart tv, small fridge/freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom. The entrance is through the backyard and requires the use of stairs, you may have to walk through the yard where people are entertaining but that did not bother me as everyone was friendly. Sound definitely travels from the upstairs...

"The house was beautiful, spacious, and the yard was spectacular. We were able to walk into town and enjoy the Nantucket fresh air. I went with a few family members to stay in this house and there couldn't have been better accommodations. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

This unit is located right near the edge of town and close to one of the major grocery stores on the island.
