Newly renovated house in Brandt Point, right near town and Children's Beach

  • You could almost throw a frisbee to Children's beach area...well, if there wasn't a house in the way! Walk to the ferry and town and bars and restaurants. Super convenient location. Also close to our favorite restaurants at Lola 41 and the White Elephant. Tell the kids to try to find the secret bunk bed room! (hint... it's behind a bookshelf!)

    During bad weather... we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Beautiful property and amazing location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was convenient to the center of town and very clean. The property owners were excellent to deal with. Amazing experience and we can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Clean. We stayed during Christmas and had about 2-3” of snow. Host was prompt and replied early saying they were looking for someone to shovel the walkway (which wasn’t necessary). Would absolutely come back and stay here. Loved it!! Thank you!

Great Accomadations - Highly Recommend

The property location was excellent . It was very easy to walk anywhere in town, shops, restaurants etc. The house was pristine. I would stay there any time we are in Nantucket. Highly recommend.

We LOVE The Snuggery

The Snuggery is picture perfect in every way!! The location is close walking distance to every thing downtown and Children’s and Jetties Beach/The SandBar and the ferries The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with! We can’t wait to stay here again!!
