Cabin was beautiful and spacious. Pretty easy to get to, but would be treacherous in ice or snow. Host was pretty responsive, especially when the original code sent was wrong and we couldn’t get in. I would just recommend a better cleaning service and manager. We were up at 2 AM washing sheets from two of the rooms because there were way too many stray hairs on the pillows, so not too sure they were changed from previous guests. Then there were a lot of broken things that I feel a property manager could easily have fixed. The freezer door handle was missing, the microwave handle was broken, there were no hair dryers upstairs (I did not look downstairs), and a rug had been chewed up by a previous dog, I assume, and could have been easily fixed or trimmed down. There was also no dishwasher pods, just a dose already in the dishwasher, which was fine, but then we had to hand wash a whole meal for 11 people which is not what I want to do on vacation. On a good note, the view was beautiful and do not miss the sunset!

This is a beautiful home, perfect for large groups. We met here for a multi-generational pre-Christmas week together. There is something for everyone, and the layout of the home is perfect! Bring plenty of good food and your home comforts. It’s a ways down the mountain to shopping. We had so much fun together by the fire, playing games, the kids playing pool and watching movies. We old folks just relaxed with good cable and internet service. Chris, the manager, was responsive and made our stay comfortable.

I could not ask for a better property manager. He came and instructed/fixed the lock on the front door. Also, the cleaning crew found a necklace my granddaughter left and mailed it to me. He went on and above expectation. The house did have a couple of minor repairs that need to be made...door off tract by washer/dryer...small leak under one sink...nothing major. Beautiful home with a lot of space.

Beautiful views & big house. Enjoyed the porches and theater. That said, the property needs better management: - Grill was broken (we’d asked ahead and were assured it was working)- Oven upstairs wasn’t working (never received update after letting host know; fortunately there is another oven downstairs!)- Air intakes were visibly packed with dust & debris - Upstairs AC stopped working the last night of our stay- Hot tub seats were covered in brown residue (pretty sure we could see where previous guests had wiped down parts of seats; host said it’s due to hard water and most guests don’t mind it)- Generally, house could use a deep clean (lots of cobwebs & hidden dirt like food/old candy under coffee table and couches)

Check-in took a little extra time as we received an incorrect access code. The house was clean and the beds were fresh. Our family enjoyed our trip and the dogs were comfortable as well. The views are breathtaking for sure. Very close access to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for everyone.

Poor Cleanliness and response to agreed action poor

Outside.deck and inside had spider cobwebs. Bedroom smoke alarm had low battery so beeping through out our 4 day trip and was promised all items would be fixed but no one came.

Smokey Mountains Vacation

This cabin fit the needs of our family perfectly. The views were amazing and although the cabin took a bit to get to, we loved how it felt so far away from the craziness of town, but yet close enough to town to get to things quickly.My only complaints were that we felt the kitchen could have used a few more serving trays or baking pans and there really wasn't a lot of information available on the checkout policy, but when we communicated with the host, they were very relaxed and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we made another trip back to the smokey mountains.

Fantastic home and experience!

I wish I had it in me to give 0 stars, just so that I could keep this gem to myself - but that would be a complete disservice to this home and to Ms. Joyce.Beautiful home, beautiful view, lovely hot tub and fire pit, plenty of space. The location and proximity to area attractions was wonderful. Check in and out was a breeze and Ms. Joyce was super responsive, fast and kind. The only cons would be there are a lot of lady bugs in the house, the front door has to be locked to be secure and the driveway and road to the house could be problematic in certain conditions. Cannot wait to come back, this place is a keeper!

Nice cabin but terrible host and service

The cabin has a great view and great space and layout. However, it was not properly cleaned before our stay. There was old and dried poop in the shower and on the top deck. The garbage outside was full with garbage so we could not fit ours even on the first day. The host did not send us the arrival check in info. I had to reach out multiple times and call for the info. I was told I’d get the cleaning fee back and that was a lie.

Great Christmas Getaway

Great location, the road a little sketch in places, as more houses are being built. The property manager was great with communication. Very spacious for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin for large Family Great Views

Short review : Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Very roomy for my family (7 adults 4 kids under 10). Property manager was responsive and professional. Great location with amazing views! Plenty of parking and even room to turn around before heading down the driveway!

The most amazing stay!

This cabin is very special. The photos don’t even do the view justice, it really is breathtaking! We were a group of friends with 3 couples and 2 friends, and the cabin had more than enough room for us all to have our own space. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows but was spacious with an en-suite, and the other 4 bedrooms all opened on to the balcony and views of the mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. Also used the fire pit but would recommend bringing firelighters. The road up was narrow and windy, and the drive very steep but no issues and enough parking for several vehicles. Pigeon Forge 10 mins drive, Gatlinburg around 15 mins, Dollywood 10 mins - fantastic location! Car definately needed though. Only issue was an infestation of lady birds that we kept finding everywhere, but the cabin was clean. Overall we loved our stay and would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful place.

Beautiful Views

Had a very small wedding at this location. Less than 15 people, had a few stay on property with us. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Views sold it and the pictures we captured of our big day are amazing. Property manager was amazing.
