A Home Away From Home

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially appreciated the personal touches that made it feel warm and welcoming—like the thoughtful decor and helpful guidebook.While we didn’t have kids with us, we noticed the home was very well-equipped for families with small children, including plenty of baby gear like a high chair, pack ‘n play, and more. It’s clearly set up to make traveling with little ones easier and more comfortable.One of our favorite features was the beautiful fishing pond and boat house—such a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. It really added to the charm and made the whole stay feel like a true escape.Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, the home is just a short drive from local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish.We truly felt like we were staying in a home rather than just a rental. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly place to stay in the Smokies!

Truly a Mothers Dream!

Wow … where does one start? First, the listing is not only very accurate but also barely encapsulates how truly awesome this property is for families. These owners clearly delight and pride themselves in being hosts and giving families not just an experience but a BREAK Was there everything we needed and more? Without a doubt! With the extra child roofing measures and thoughtful items in the “parent dream closet” I actually got a real BREAK as a mom of two kids younger than 5. Karen was wonderful to work with, and I can . say our every expectation was surpassed felt like we were staying at a family house.

So ABOVE and Beyond any other House. Better than the Photos!!!

We visited Sevierville for a family wedding. We had three other VRBO's within the family. First and for most NONE compared with this one! A welcome basket was just the beginning!!! This set the tone to hospitality. It was almost magical how beautiful, thoughtful, and well equipped this house was. The photos of the house as beautiful as they were, did not do justice to the spacious, quiet, peaceful setting. Every aspect was great, down to the GIANT kitchen, open floor plan, rooms were far larger than the photographs showed. Things like plenty of dish's, dish towels, the attention to detail at every level. The outdoors are PERFECT for kids and relaxation. The location was extremely convenient for all local events. The extra space to know this house has something for everyone and with its furnishings the place for a large family event or the PERFECT vacation!

Perfect getaway for active kids and tired adults :)

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It had every toy or gadget you could possibly need when traveling with kids. Our older boys enjoyed the gaming room. Our younger boys had plenty of space in the second bunkbed room. Our littlest girl slept in the extra space off of the master bedroom upstairs. My parents slept in the downstairs master. The home owners have toys and games for a wide age range and all 5 of our kids were entertained our entire stay. We enjoyed chess, cards, fooseball, and the pool table indoors. The kids loved the outdoor play equipment, fishing, and boat. Ingredients for smores were also provided as an extra nice touch. The homeowner is extremely responsive via text or call. This house is a DREAM for parents!

Excellent property with attention to detail!

We stayed 4 nights with our very good friends and their kids. The house was clean, spacious and extremely accommodating. If you are traveling with children this is the place to stay. Our kids loved the pond, playground and toys throughout the home. We had 10 people in our house and never felt crowded or like we were missing anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or a more accommodating host.

This is a wonderful family friendly home. It is immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. My kids loved fishing and we were close to Dollywood. 10/10 recommend this home!!!

Amazing host!

Karen went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She asked if we needed a crib setup, brought croquet over for our kids, and was super responsive. She was very responsive to even the slightly question. The kitchen is amazing! We stayed at vacation homes before and usually leave you lacking from what you have at home. We have a fully stocked kitchen at home and theirs was still more than what we have. Everything about the home is a great way to make a vacation feel relaxing and easy like a home away from home. Highly recommend and we will try to stay again if we visit the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area again.
