Cabin was great. Very clean and close to town w nice views. Only reason not 5 stars is the free attraction tickets aspect of the deal. Tickets were difficult to obtain and it was very difficult to get help over the phone. But overall, the cabin itself was great. Would stay here again.

Good cabin

The cabin was all you claimed but finding it was a nightmare. After you helped us find it the next hurdle was locking/unlocking the door which literally took hours of vacation time. Finally my granddaughter figured it out and we were ok from there. The place itself was great once we got in. Loved it!

Quiet and comfortable with a nice view. Mattress is past its prime/sagging in the middle. Had trouble with the air conditioner but they were able to have it serviced very the next day morning. Glad we were able to visit before peak season so we could get around without too much trouble.

Beautiful cabin!

My husband and I came for a delayed 25th wedding anniversary. The cabin was just as beautiful as it appeared in the pictures and was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. The one note and not a complaint on our part as we brought our truck but the driveway could have been an issue if we had brought our Camry as it is quite steep and you can see where cars have scraped going up. My husband spun the wheels on the truck almost every time.

Not too bad

One of the first things I point out to those reading this and considering this house. We drove a Prius and a Toyota Camry and the driveway Cuts up so steep that the front of our cars scraped. If you drive something low to the ground this is not the house for you you won't make it. Beyond that the house was a little dirty when we got there but the response was great and they offered to send someone. Fairly close to town not an amazing view but decent. Pretty good for the price

Very nice cabin. Photographs intentionally omit the presence of the neighboring cabin which is 10 yards away. Had to change the water in the spa cause it had brown film lines at the water level. While I was cleaning the filter I noticed that there was not a chlorine tablet. I contacted Vacasa and they thanked me for cleaning it and told me to go buy the tablets and show a receipt. After what I paid for this cabin, I thought this was an insult. The neighboring cabin went vacant during my stay at which point the cleaning crew could have brought me a chlorine tablet. I speculate that Vacasa never told anyone about the issue. I had to text them several times to get any help.

Great mountain getaway

Comfortable bed, nice hot tub, great location. Cabin was as advertised. Make sure to bring your own coffee supplies, salt, pepper, etc as they do not have that. Only real complaints were that the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was not cleaned and that the grass around the property is very high. Really no good “grass” areas to bring puppy because it was too high. Would suggest that it gets cut. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and will return.

The cabin was great! The location was very close to Pigeon Forge and not far from Gatlinburg.

We had an amazing time at An Indian Dream cabin. Everything was just as the add said. The only problem we had was that the TV in the bedroom and the one upstairs in the game room could not access the internet for any streaming apps. They did have a DVD player but the DVD selection was very limited. But other than that we would definitely recommend stay at An Indian Dream cabin.

Mountain getaway

The property is nice and exactly as advertised. It has a great view off the front deck and a nice Jacuzzi. It’s about a mile from the main road but you feel completely secluded. The beds are comfortable and the set up in the family room with the fireplace was nice. However there was a huge service fee associated with this rental so we are a little disappointing with some of the lack of basic amenities. They do not provide coffee filters or coffee which most places at least provider in my experience. We were there for five nights and they left one roll of the cheapest paper towels I’ve ever seen and not a single cleaning supply to wipe the countertops or tidy up after cooking. The toilet paper was very cheap, and they only left three trash bags. When we checked in we received a message, asking if we were happy with how the place was cleaned. We responded yes and then asked where could we find pillowcases for the extra pillows in the master bedroom for the service price? We expected a answer other than feel free to look around in the drawers and closets. Overall a really nice place but we stay in vacation rentals several times a year and this was a bit of a disappointment given the lack of basic supplies.

Excellent place to stay

Me, my husband, and our to children, ages 7&5, had the best vacation here. Pull out bed up stairs for the kids. Several tvs for everyone to enjoy while relaxing. The hottub was perfect. The fireplace warms up the place quickly. Location is great!! Far enough to feel like your all alone bjt close enough to not have to travel far for anything. I definitely recommended this cabin for a small family or just couples. Perfect size cabin and comes with everything you need.

DONT BOOK IF U WANT FIRE HOT TUB

They take your money and could care less if their ameneties work. Book to have thanksgiving cozied up by the fire and hot tub with my husband. Neither worked runined the reason we booked the place to begin with. Put in complaint at 7am. NO ONE CORRECTED THE ISSUE. Too bad we will fix when you leave is what I wad told. Its a huge property management company that DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VACATION that you work so hard for. BIGGEST DISSAPPOINTMENT. They never offered a refund nor did anyone call me as PROMISED.. if you calue your money stay clear of this place!

Just as advertised

Cabin was clean, beautiful, and just minutes from everything…. Kitchen has everything you need for a long stay.. The cabin is well furnished, the jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice surprise, good water pressure in the shower, the pool table made for lots of fun, and the view overlooking the mountains was really nice.. Only drawback is driving up the steep hill to get to the cabin, but it is on a mountain side, no big deal for the enjoyment tho.. Would definitely go back
