"Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. "I stayed 2 nights at the Cozy Getaway and it was exactly that—super nice, comfortable, and just as pictured. Perfect for 1–2 travelers, maybe even with one kiddo. Kimberly, the host, communicated well, was attentive, and very friendly. My favorite part was definitely the porch—it made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. The place was spotless, and the location is great with good food within walking distance.I’m almost hesitant to share how much I liked it because I definitely plan to come back!"

"The studio was good for the two of us and our dogs. It is very clean and comfortable s on a farm which we found appealing. Very convenient to restaurants (Middleburg) though a distance from dog-friendly wineries. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. "

"My husband and I took our children to Washington, DC for a few days and the apartment was a great option for our stay. We had a nice parking spot at the property, easily walked to the metro to travel the city, and had all the basic necessities for our visit. Everything was clean, quiet, and private. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future! "
