I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "The apartment is in a residential apartment building and within easy walking distance to many of the DC monuments & museums. The apartment was very nice, fully-furnished (complete w/a washer/dryer), with a corner view of the intersection below. Parking was available below the building (a big plus!). We would definitely stay there again!"

"Very clean property and although pet friendly, the dog hair was minimal. Comments regarding low ceilings are accurate but not a big deal even at my 6'3" height. "Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

"Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. "

"The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. "

"This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....
