"What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would...

"This has to be one of the worst days I've ever had. I arrived. I was given the wrong room number. I played with some guy's door who eventually came out and asked me to leave. They then gave me the correct number that go up to the room and there had been a flood in the building and there were industrial grade blowers all over terrible noise. A terrible smell and the carpets were everywhere they had come off the wall. I called them up, asked them to assist me and they offered me a $50 credit. I...

Had minor issues with backyard not being fully fenced in or access to a porch light for cleaning up poop. Bath and toiletries are available and well labeled, however brands/scents aren't labeled. I'm allergic to lavender so I couldn't risk using any. "
