"Very distrustful management. I stayed there one week, and booked for a second week after having a conveniently located stay. They wouldn’t let me in after requesting for a bank transfer for their deposit even though the stay was fully paid. My deposit payment was done through the platform they suggested and they wouldn’t let me in until the “pending” international transaction clear which could take up to two days. Such lack of humanity after having flown for 11 hours and have my suitcases there...

"I would not recommend this place. But not for the reasons you might think. The place was nice enough. The problem is the process of actually getting inside the apartment. Very disorganized and unprofessional. You would think that once you pay on Hotels.com that the process is finished. Nope. There is additional cleaning fees and city tax that are not covered by the Hotels.com price. It does say that in the Hotels.com listing. But this should not be so complicated. When I got the email confirming...

"Maria's apartment was a perfect location for our stay in BA with quick access to some amazing restaurants (shout out to La Porta Nera). The kitchen, bathrooms, office area, and the bedroom area were all perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again. Communication was on-point and really appreciated how informative and helpful Maria was with the apartment and in general BA knowledge."
