Family friendly

Loved the property! Granddaughters rode their bikes around the neighborhood. We played corn hole and made dinner in the lovely kitchen.

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed this home. It was furnished with comfortable and nice pieces, including the bedrooms. The outdoor space was great, and we used the hot tub every night to relax after a day’s hiking and exploring Sedona. The home was close to many restaurants and shops and we could walk through the beautiful neighborhood. My only suggestion for improvement, is to get a more updated drip coffee maker. We had a 4 person family so didn't find the Kurig useful, and the drip machine was rather old with no auto features.

Girls trip for a birthday!

The house was so lovely, clean, updated, and comfortable! Beautiful outdoor area and so much space inside! Highly recommend! The hot tub did not work well for us which was a bummer, but I would still stay here again, no doubt!

Sedona Getaway

This home was absolutely amazing. Stayed 2 days. The home has EVERYTHING a family could want and need on vacation. The Lizard Lounge in the backyard was the icing on the cake. Plan on staying here again in the near future.

Wonderful Stay

Our family ( 4 adults, 2 kids and dog) had a wonderful stay at the Hummingbird house. The home was beautifully appointed, clean and all as advertised. We enjoyed the backyard hottub and adorable bar shed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This was a great home base as we did a day trip up to Flagstaff, and hiking in Sedona. This was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday weekend! I hope we can return again!

Home Away From Home

The title of my review says it all. Hummingbird house was a nice home away from home vacation for us. The property was clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you could need to settle in comfortably. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of dog hair on the furniture and even blankets and towels. We knew that this property accommodated pets so we weren’t surprised, but at the same time we didn’t expect it to be so abundant. I will say, however, our daughter has a ton of allergies including dog, and she had minimal reaction to the presence of pet hair. Which leads me to believe that the home was thoroughly clean (pet hair is just difficult to get rid of sometimes) and the property manager likely considers each pet request carefully before approving which I appreciate. We have no problems staying again in the future because everything else about the home, amenities, and location was amazing! Also, be mindful of wildlife. We saw a cougar in the backyard, which was thrilling but also terrifying!

Sedona getaway

The place was very centrally located to grocery store, restaurants, and hiking trails. It was so nice to bbq in the back yard and relax in the jacuzzi after hiking. We had our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Everyone had thier own space, it was great. We will be coming back.

Enjoyable

There were a few minor issues and one major. Kitchen well supplied but knives very dull. Difficult to get hot water to the guest/second bathroom. Hot Tub was difficult to maintain heat but this was corrected within a day. Drain in master bedroom shower very sluggish. Needs very comfortable. Overall had a very pleasant time.

Beautiful Property - Great Location

Beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. House was well appointed and stocked - from the kitchen to the laundry room to the bathrooms. They even provided guidebooks & a Red Rocks Pass that you could borrow. Beds were comfortable. We used the hot tub every day after hiking.

Wonderful stay in Beautiful Sedona

This property was great for our family of 7. One teen stayed in the living room on the sleep sofa and found it very comfortable. The furnishings and equipment were all modern and functioned well. We enjoyed the hot tub (in December). The location was great - less than 5 minutes from Safeway and other stores. We would defintely book this property again on our next visit to Sedona!
