"Ashlie's apartment was great for a family of 4. We visited in late July with daytime temps in the high 80s, but the A/C unit in the living room kept the whole apartment cool, provided that we kept bedroom doors open at night. This location is walkable to a lot of stuff, but most importantly a coffee/breakfast sandwich place across the street and a coffee/doughnut place next door. Ashlie offers a parking spot, but we did not need it because you can walk almost everywhere from this location. ...

"Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too. "This place is a gem, centrally located, very very clean, host responded to any question, parking is included and easy once understanding it. We were 2 older friends never felt intimidated walking to pikes market or the space needle. Will stay again wonderful pedestrian city. Thank you again"
