"Awesome property! Comfortable and positioned in a great neighborhood. As things a dense residential neighborhood, be prepared to search for parking. It’s very walkable, so it’s not a big deal, but just expect that finding parking close by can be a challenge. That said, it’s worth it. This is a great place to rest your head."

The location was near several bus stops that will take you nearly anywhere you need to go. The room I stayed in was great! "Excellent neighborhood, prompt host communication and clean room! This place was great for a short stay in Seattle. The room had everything from umbrellas to coffee(pour over and French press). There was free parking and lots within walking distance and a short walk to public transit. Host was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. I’d stay again :)"

"The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent."

"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."

"This is a boarding house, with one shared bathroom (coded and locked) for 3 staying guests. Upon arrival, we attempted to use the restroom for 35minutes and another guest was using it. It was highly unusual and a bit uncomfortable to keep knocking on the bathroom door to a total stranger. The walls were thin and although other guests are not the hosts concern, I don’t think the property was advertised correctly. If it was, we would opt for other arrangements.
