"What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment."

"Beautiful view from private rooftop outdoor space ! Great new clean apartment - fans but no A/C which wasn’t a big deal but on a hot night it could be an issue . Perfect first night as we arrived in Seattle for the start of our big PNW adventure!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too. "This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. "

"Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. "
