Location is great, fairly walkable even with the hills. Pretty clean, only downside was the noise transfer between guests was noticeable, though not extreme.

The shared area was messy the whole time, even though it didn't seem like anyone used it. But our room was clean and just what we needed. The parking wasn't ideal but it wasn't too hard to find a spot most days we were there. Would definitely stay again for the price.

Lovely 20' square room with attached bathroom, community kitchen, laundry and seating area. It's like staying in your bedroom vs a hotel room, and 3rd floor made it really difficult with lugging luggage. Still not sure about the theme.

The property was close enough to walk to where I needed to go (South Lake Union), was clean and quiet. The common area was clean and well maintained. I'm very likely to stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

Just as advertised. Loved the yummy soaps, appreciated the helpful attitude of the cleaning crew. Great spot, will be back :) amazing communication with landlord.

Loved the area. The room was a little small, but fine overall for what I needed. Was very clean for the most part. Vince was great with communication about anything I needed and the website he provided was useful

Unfortunately, the property did not match the listing description or photos. The main issue was that the living room and kitchen were shared spaces and this was not clearly stated in the listing. I feel like I was misled into believing there would be a larger more private space and couldn’t find alternative accommodations once arriving in Seattle on a busy weekend.
In addition, the bedroom we were given was not the one pictured in the listing. It was noticeably more worn, with visible damage, and it was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised.
