REVIEW Nice place! Great location! SHAKY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shortly after check-in, we contacted the property owner regarding some very obvious and frequently appearing issues. Initially, The owner seemed more interested in sharing that this is her source of income and she takes pride in it and how long she’s had this property than addressing our current issue. Also, adding that since June was a slow month for this property, perhaps this was the reason for the “little issues” we were having. Rather than just simply stating, “We are sorry for your current circumstances. Let me handle the problem.”She did make contact with the property manager immediately. Who came over to access the situation. The property manager then attempted to solve the issue with no luck. The owner also stated that if we should decide to leave after checking-in, she’d gladly give us our money back. (That was a plus) But, we decided to see if the situation would get better. Well, the problems did not go away for the entire 5 nights while we were there. We looked to find somewhere else to stay, but nothing was available or was double the price for what we’d paid for this location. For the remainder of our stay, we purchased items with hopes of warding off or repelling the issues. Our exhausting efforts were slightly successful. It’s our prayer that they fix this issue. As for the actual property and location…..Excellent!I won’t post the multiple videos that we have as proof.

Clean and updated

Property was in top shape and clean. I would definitely stay again if down in Savannah. Lots of mosquitoes outside so bring bug spray but area is nice. Place is convenient to Kroger’s and Starbucks.

No Ghosts!

No ghosts seen at the home or on the tour we took through Savannah but a great place to stay nonetheless. Lots of room to spread out. Three comfortable bedrooms. Easy access to Kroger/Starbucks, Forsyth Park, and downtown. Street parking always available. If you are noise sensitive bring earplugs - you will hear guests moving around upstairs. Not a problem for me, just used earplugs at bedtime. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great location!

My mother, Aunts and I go on a girls trip every year and this is our second time visiting Savannah. We love it here! This is the cutest house by the way! It’s a busy street but what street isn’t busy in Savannah? It’s a really short walk to a very nice Kroger which came in handy. You can walk just a few blocks for a trolly. So the house is in a great location and was very comfortable and pleasant.

Very Clean, Well Stocked

Three besties celebrated milestone birthdays. We have stayed in VRBOs before. For the 5 days we were there, the house was well stocked with essentials. We never had a need to call the manager. It was very clean. It was walkable to Forsyth Park, but Ubered to River Street. The street traffic could be a bit noisey on the weekend. Quiet area otherwise. You could hear noise from other apartments in the building. The living room area would be tight for more than 3, maybe 4. However you could sit at kitchen table and all be together. A great size for the three of us as we each had our own bedrooms.

Great place for friends

We all really liked this three bedroom place on the ground floor. It was perfect for us as we were one couple and two singles visiting Savannah for a wedding in Forsyth Park. The check in procedure was excellent, I liked that there was a key pad door lock. Communication with the owner (Mary) was great too, she answered all my questions in her welcome message. Pros: The place itself is very clean and well maintained. Beds and linens were comfortable, even for me who likes a firm mattress. The refrigerator with filtered water and fabulous ice maker Very well equipped kitchen Good size table and chairs in the living room The caretaker/property manager Brittany is very helpful and fun to talk with. She will quickly resolve any "issues" you might have The front street is very pretty and quiet for the most part Cons: It is an old house so the sound really travels between units. We were in the main floor and the group upstairs were VERY loud very late the first couple of nights. One of our group mentioned this to Brittany and she straightened things out right away. My husband and I stayed in the front bedroom closest to the street. The early morning traffic was quite noticeable, made me wish I'd have brought earplugs but oh well, that's life in a city The location is a bit far from the shops and bars downtown The couch is only good for two people. We are a "sit around a table" group so we weren't bothered by that but it is worth mentioning

Comy, cozy, well appointed home

Booked for a 50th bday weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very comfortable and extremely cozy. Ample street parking was available at all times. Would stay again.

First visit to Savannah

We had a great stay in Savannah for our nephew's wedding. This location is on the edge of the historic district so required more Ubers than we'd hoped, but very nice to have a Kroger so close because we did need a few things. While the host does not list basic toiletries like shampoo and bath soap as amenities, they're usually provided at the VRBOs I've stayed in so we had to go buy those things before we could get ready. It would also be nice to have a Keurig instead of a coffee pot.
