Decided to do a last minute weekend trip with family and was relieved to find such a gem of a place just minutes from everything! The condo was excellent and the host was very responsive throughout the whole process. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice property.The bedrooms had No Dresser or a Chair to sit.The bathtub should have safety bars .Only one card per unit to access pool, game room,etc

The property has some deferred maintenance, although it is only 5 years old. Wear and tear are visibible. The owner should consider new housekeeping services and property management. The unit is sparsely/under furnished and almost zero decor. The listing does not represent how the unit actually looks in person. Our stay was brief, only 3 days. That being said, We stay in VRBOs all the time, this unit was underwhelming. I shared a few of my concerns with Matthew, the owner/host and I'm confident he will get these things in order. I will not be posting photos here.

We loved the convenient location to downtown Savannah and the airport. Our host checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Parking in Savannah is hard to find so staying here eliminated that problem.

We stayed from Friday to Monday. This was a perfect apartment for two adult couples. The split floor plan with a bed and bath on each side made for a perfect fit for us. The amenities of the apartment facility were outstanding as well. Thank you!

We rented Matthew's 2-BR/2-BA apartment for 12-days in Jan 2025. Our communication with him before, during, and after our stay was absolutely the best we've ever experienced on VRBO. He's committed to making your stay a great one and responds promptly to any questions, usually within a few minutes.The 1st floor apartment is spacious, well-outfitted and clean. We selected this VRBO rental based on the great price, previous reviews, and it's location to downtown Savannah (about 5-6 miles). There were a few improvements to the apartment other reviewers have identified, and once Matthew makes these, his VRBO listing will be booked solid for sure!We would definitely stay at Matthew's VRBO apartment again!

Our stay was nice. The issues we had with minor maintenance was taken care of right away. Communication with Matthew was very simple and gave us a sense of comfort. The beds were not very comfortable, but the place was very clean, the master bathroom was very spacious, and it was in a good area. It was very quiet and the pool area was relaxing. Although, the pool was not heated, so we couldn't swim and enjoy it. There is a giant Jenga to play outside, pool table indoors, ping pong, and a fitness center. Overall, we had a great stay!

The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was as depicted. Matthew is a great host and very responsive and communicative. There were some issues beyond his control with the complex but he was helpful in explaining them and offering solutions. The location is just outside of downtown Savannah (about a 8-10 minute easy drive). For my purposes that was great. That said, there's not much that's walkable in the surrounding area if you're interested in that. Also, the kitchen could use a few more supplies for those who will be cooking some meals at the apartment (measuring utensils, sponges, etc) All in all it was an excellent place to stay that met my needs.

The apartment was perfect for us . Very comfortable, spacious. All the amenities we needed . 15 minute drive to Savannah historic district which is lovely. Our host Mathew was excellent.
