Charming and cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cute Place

We were in town for a wedding at Chatham square and it was perfect for our stay. It was a cute space with everything we needed and reasonably priced for the location.

Awesome location and perfect place

Wife and I had a wonderful time and the Birds Nest was perfect. Beautiful and historic. Met the owner and a lovely man.

Brief Honeymoon Stay

This was a lovely property for a couple. Not very large, but all the essentials: queen bed, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, bathroom, shower, one table with two chairs, working A/C, a washer/dryer. A very cute classic carriage house with a small courtyard, not far from many fun parts of Savannah's downtown. Would recommend!

Great weekend stay just off the beaten path.

Perfect location. Walkable to many sites and restaurants. Perfect size. Close to DOT shuttle for transportation in town We would stay here again. Felt safe. Only issue is no defined parking

Wonderful little getaway!

It can be hard to find, so read the access documents well. But once you find it, it’s a great little spot.

The Carriage House is beautiful! I love the all white interior. The location is perfect.It’s off of Whitaker Street and it’s close to Forsyth Park. Savannah Coffee Roasters is only a couple blocks away. My husband and I can’t wait to go back!

GREAT!

Really clean. Basic but really nice and quaint. Only trouble was walking up the stairs there but other than that I have no complaints!

Small but cozy

Great location and the place is a good size for a couple or single traveler. Please note, if you have any physical limitations this unit is not for you, the spiral staircase is very challenging. I was unable to carry a shoulder bag and luggage without making multiple trips because the width and depth of the stairs is tight.

I lobed how this property was so close to everything. The space was clean, decorated retro like. Very comfortable bed and it had all the necessary features you’ll need to make your stay comfortable. One con I would say is the stairs. But other than that it was perfect!

Great location, not ideal parking situation

Great location, not bad for a studio rental. Entrance is from an alleyway which is not ideal, and parking was all on street, or garage - so those costs need to be considered when comparing this to other rentals in the area. Property owner was very professional and communicated well

Sweet Quiet and Convenient

Nice little studio that is very close to everything. We would have walked everywhere, except it was awfully hot. Instead we took the free Purple Dot Express from the stop at the end of the street. Since we arrived by bicycle, it was so nice to have a spot to have them safe and secure. Thank you so much for having us.

The convenient location of the property was nice. Very close to everything in Savannah. But the property itself was not impressive for what we paid, being an alleyway. The first door with a security lock was a thin, wooden door - a bit sketchy- and there wasn’t a mention of the narrow winding staircase we had to climb to get to our room. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was fine. The neighbors were in close quarters with the shared patio and if there was a conversation or someone walking around, we heard it all so it was not very relaxing. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and you’re spending all of your time moving around Savannah, then this place would be fine.

Carriage House

Wonderful unit in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. A few small items: Door lock to main unit was testy. Had to try it a few times to get it to open. Front door to property lock was fine. It would be nice if there was a light in the pantry area.
