Very walkable location

Charming spot in Savannah. Attentive host. Lovely view from balcony. But bring everything from Kleenex to a sharp knife if you are staying long. Not accessible, steep stairs and deep tub.

Quick weekend

The listening said green wall for the front door but the wall was painted a different color and there wasn't an unit number on the door. Otherwise just about everything was great. The pet deposit is a little high but we enjoyed our stay and the location.

Long Weekend

We weren’t expecting snow, but the location made this surprise enjoyable. It’s super cozy and very comfortable. Conveniently located by charming hole in the wall bars, trendy restaurants, quaint coffee bars and so close to the Catherdral.Thank you for a great weekend in the Carriage house!!

Gem of a place and great Location

Jennys place was perfect for our 3 nights in Savannah! We loved the location and all that it had to offer. So many great places within walking distance. We did not drive anywhere, which is our goal when we come to the charming town of Savannah. Definitely grab a sandwich right next door at the Urban Deli, you won’t regret it! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Great small apartment for couple

My husband and I stayed at the carriage house and had an excellent experience. The house was clean and comfortable, and we loved the little deck overlooking Habersham street. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything, so we didn't rent a car or take an Uber at all during our trip. The carriage house was the perfect little home base during our time in Savannah.

Great place, a perfect distance from the tourist areas

Took a short weekend trip to Savannah. The listing was great for our needs, far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk everywhere. There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the common room and Jen was immediately accommodating in trying to help us. The one note I would like to add. Please update photos of the entrance to building. The door is different than the pictures and it took us a minute to figure that we were at the right place. Overall we would stay here again and recommend to others

Anniversary Trip

Highly recommend this property! Only one thing I would mention is if you're a taller person (my husband is 6'5") you might find the bathroom a bit tight but since it's a historical building that's understandable. Also if you're staying during the week there is an early morning trash pick-up on Tuesday I believe. That being said, the location was amazing! Great for couple or individual. Not having full amenities was a non-issue for us as we enjoyed the local restaurants and coffee shops.

Fabulous location

Super cute apartment with necessities provided, modern decor with cool artwork and mirrors, great bedroom with super comfy bed, quiet neighborhood and perfect location for walking to anything and everything in historic Savannah. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or couple planning to spend a lot of time out and about exploring this beautiful city.

Great weekend in Savannah

This property is in a great location and walking distance to everything in Savannah. The bedroom was a good size and has a nice little balcony to do some people watching throughout the day. Similar to a different review, I would suggest to also bring an eye mask as the street light coming in one window is a little bright at night. A curtain would solve this though. Street parking on Harris Street was also very easy to find so we never had to pay to park. Overall, if you're okay not having a full kitchen and plan on just exploring and eating out then this would be a great property to consider.

Location location location!!

If you're looking for tree lined streets away from the touristy areas, this apartment is great! It's very walkable to all areas and has many restaurants within a few minutes. It has a lot of southern charm and even a cute balcony that you get to by climbing through the bedroom window. I would recommend bringing an eye mask since the street light shines right into the window. Since it's an historic building, you hear things clearly going on outside. But we didn't mind because we wanted to get up and explore! Also, there are many places in Savannah that are said to be haunted - this didn't seem to be one of them (which made me happy!). Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!

Cute and cozy.

I think my fav part of this rental is the lil’ balcony and Fox and Fig vegan cafe right next door. It was walking distance to the river and nestled in a quite part of town.

Awesome little getaway for couples!

This apartment is perfect for couples to get away for several days or a weekend and is in a great location!! With a coffee shop right down stairs we got breakfast to go there one morning and ate it on the balcony. Everything downtown and by the river was within a 15-20 minute walk. And the apartment had gorgeous views off the balcony and was shaded by the trees! Finding parking was easy as there was almost always parking on the streets near the property. We also took a day to visit Tybee Island which was about a 20-30 minute drive away from the property. We highly recommend this place and were sad to leave!

Right in the action!

This was a great place from which to explore Savannah. The cafe downstairs gave us unusual vegan options that were delicious. Two drawbacks were noise and a long narrow staircase to get to apartment.
