Loved the home very cozy. The area outside could be cleaner as there was some glass and litter near the green area out front, so we had to be careful with the dog. Wonderful location close to the park and farmers market.

Savannah Property

There was only 1 mirror, which was a medicine cabinet, located in the unit. When you would blow dry your hair, it tripped the switch even if you turned off all the lights and TV in the unit. When I called to complain, I was told to use the provided hair dryer and that they had never had an issue with this before. They also suggested using the full length mirror in the bedroom to get ready, which I had alerted them on day 1 was missing. We were in Savannah for the week for a wedding and I alerted them to the mirror issue on day 2. Finally on day 5 of my stay, they brought a mirror and I was able to switch outlets.

Nice apartment in best area

We felt very comfortable and welcomed. This apartment is perfect for 2 peolple. Location is great, shops, and a grocery is nearby. Everything was well described. They really care about their guests. Thanks for this lovely stay.

Fit the bill

Pretty good location 1 block from free trolley. The apartment was spacious, clean, safe. The bed was comfy, but the sofa was not. Washer and dryer helped as we were on an extended trip. Liked the deck.

Cozy stay in a great location!

We had a really great time staying here in Savannah! The space is warm and inviting and feels like you are home away from home. It's in a quiet area near the park which is great if you like to take a nice walk. It is super easy to drive in (or Uber) downtown for all the action! Would stay here again!!

Conveniently located

The place itself is nice enough, it could use a little TLC but overall it was decent, and it was clean. There was onsite parking which was nice and a good amount of street parking, so that shouldn’t be an issue. The only real issue we had was the sleeping situation. The master bedroom was a nice size with lots of windows, but the bed was way too firm. If you’re one who likes to “rough it”, then you won’t mind the bed, but I couldn’t handle more then one sleepless night in it. And as far as the sofa bed goes, it’s everything you would expect a sofa bed to be…uncomfortable with a super thin mattress and springs poking into your back. Honestly it probably would have been better to sleep on the couch and not the pull out, especially since there was almost nowhere to put the large coffee table when you pull the bed out. In conclusion, if you don’t mind a super firm mattress and won’t need the pull out sofa bed then this place should do the trick for a short stay in Savannah since it’s conveniently located to downtown. Note: There is no actual pool at this location. It does state that fact within the description but feel it’s worth pointing out.

Nice Forsyth Park Apt

This apartment was great for a month long work from home stay. The apartment is a short walk to Forsyth park- great location. The wifi works perfectly for working. The apartment is spacious for 2 people. Easy parking right next to the back entrance of the apartment. All of the appliances worked well and the apartment was well equipped with all kitchen needs. Great stay!!

Be aware of college students above!

Overall our experience was good. It was well-placed in reference to sightseeing in the community of Savannah. Clean and well-appointed. Definitely needs new mattress sinks in the middle. Our biggest complaint was the college students living above this apartment. They were up till 1 or 2:30 a.m. everyday, and also sounded like they had a dog running around in the apartment as well, all over hardwood floors so you can imagine the noise directly below, which we were. We actually left a day early because we got fed up with the noise every night and could not get any sleep. Hopefully this helps others as we didn't find this out till after the fact.
