Interior was comfortable, clean, modern and inviting. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star versus 5 is the key/gate issue exiting the back parking lot upon departure. Better documentation/explanation is required for check out.

Parking was great for one truck. House was beautiful. Pictures were different than advertised. No picnic table in the yard. Large and roomy. Master was great just needed sweeping. Beds were great. Good TV. Room for all four adults. Washing machine was very loud but did the job. Dishwasher needs a little work. Overall we would come back. Host did get back to us when needed.

This home was beautiful and so well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked and included everything we needed to make meals for our whole group of 6 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous with comfortable beds and quality linens. The location was convenient to everything and the gated parking area made coming and going so easy. Owner and management company checked in occasionally so we knew they were available if needed but were never intrusive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Savannah Getaway

This property is amazing. The photos don't do it justice. The great room and kitchen/dining areas are huge. The bedrooms all had king-sized beds and the mattresses were outstanding. I slept so well. There is a private parking area in the back, a porch with seating for 4, and a gas grill. Everything was easy to access. The property is nestled in among old Savannah homes, very close to the park. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, trolley stops, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice with a few issues

Lady Gwinnett was beautiful and impeccably clean. Location was decent, not necessarily the nicest or most centralized to things to do. We had to call the property management company upon arrival, we realized we were on the wrong side of the street at first, so that was our fault lol! Once we got to the correct place,I had to call them back as It turned out that you had to park out front on the street, go inside of the house to get the key fob to open the back gate, to park in a gated area, then unlock another gate in order to go into the back door. That’s a three step process when you have traveled in order to start your vacation. That’s a bit excessive in my opinion. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, it’s old, worn out and very uncomfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bed linens clean and nice thread count. We had difficulty locking the door and had to call property management company again for that, it wasn’t until the next day that they reached back out to instruct us how to lock the door. Me and my family had an overall good time, but noticed a few things that could be corrected to make this work lace perfect.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Three couples came to explore Savannah & Tybee for a few days. The location of this house is perfect- mostly within walking distance to everything. The house is beautiful! We loved the private parking (one vehicle only), the beds were extraordinarily comfortable and it had kitchen necessities. The couch and matching chair were our only gripes- they definitely need replaced. Worn and not comfy. But everything else was amazing! We would definitely stay here again! And we watered the fern for you!

Beautiful Home in Historic Savannah

The townhouse was beautiful and well suited to our stay. We cook a lot as a family and very much appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It would have been nice if the two guest bedrooms had drawer space in them. The wifi service was highly unreliable. The property management staff were always courteous and quick to respond to our questions.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The home is fully loaded with everything you would need. The home was clean and relaxing. The staff was accommodating and very attuned to guest needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be coming back the next time we head to Savannah!

We will be back

Savannah is beautiful. I would consider this home a walkable distance to Forsyth Park (5 minutes) and downtown (20 min). We did not have to rely on our car or pay to park and still saw so much. If you are staying with people who have a hard time walking a lot there is free Public Transportation with multiple stops around the city. The closest public transportation stop is about a 5 minute walk from this location. We did not experience any loud "party" noises at night like others have mentioned. There is only one parking spot reserved for this house but we never had a problem finding on street parking for our second car.

Long-weekend in Savannah with the family

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all. Check in and check out was easy. Parking space in the back and generally available parking on the street allowed for multiple vehicles. Convenient to enjoy historic downtown and the surrounding neighborhood areas for sights, restaurants, and attractions. Will keep this property in mind for the next time we visit.

Perfect!

Stayed here with 2 girlfriends. We had the best time! The house was beautiful, so big and felt historical yet luxurious. We absolutely loved it. We loved the location. We walked the park every day and walked to and from the river. It was a lot of walking but that’s what we planned for and really enjoyed everything. Very very clean!

Southern Charm

An immaculately clean & appointed house. The kitchen is a dream & has everything you'll need for cooking & dining. All beds, pillows, & linens are nice & comfortable. We appreciated the close proximity to Forsyth Park & enjoyed the park immensely. You can catch the Savannah Trolley there, shop the vendors on weekends, & eat close by. The Collins Quarter restaurant is right at the park & is excellent. The one disappointment we had with the house is that the fireplace was not available for use. Also, if you are desiring a 'historical' feel with the interior, this is fully modern. It is sufficiently stocked with paper products, dish soaps, etc. There is a nice washer & dryer, but you will need to bring your own laundry soap & we didn't know this. We loved having a morning cuppa on the upper balcony.
