Convenient and cozy

Perfect location for a Savannah vacation about a mile walk to Starlands and to riverside or a quick uber ride. Had everything we needed. Only thing I would change is a comfier couch but realistically who goes on vacation to sit on the couch! Otherwise perfect no issues. The toilet leaked when we were there and they had maintenance out within the day to fix it

Off the beaten path

This place was a few blocks from Forsyth Park, which made it easy on our first day to jump on stop 5 of the Hop on Hop off trolley ride. You would have to get an uber any other time. It’s about 1.5 miles to downtown. Parking is expensive in town. The cleaning crew could have been more thorough as the rugs were not vacuumed. There was popcorn on the living room floor. The only other negative was that the other tenant right next door. They both smoked and they had a barky dog which basically ruined our outside seating. The fountain area outside is in dire need of cleaning. Just leaves and overgrown plants. The apartment itself was very spacious. The bed and the towels were awesome. The kitchen was great too!

Great property

Only downfall was parking. It wasn't terrible however we did have to make sure to move our vehicle two of the three days. Not sure if that's a regular thing or not. Could have more hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall was a terrific stay and location!

Great Condo

Great place right on the beach. Condo was spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of linens/pillows/blankets and extras in the closet. Washer and dryer work great. Furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Pool was clean and warm for the kids. Just a very short walk to the beach. Short 3-5 min drive to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to rent this great place for your next vacation!

Nov 2024 Savannah Visit

We stayed for (4) nights at this property in Savannah's Victorian district. Nice comfortable accommodation for (2) adults. First time in Savannah so wasn't sure of area or how to get around. This place was great in that it was a short walk ( 2-3 blocks) to Forsyth Park and to the free public bus that runs up to River Street and back. Rode that several times and also walked from the home to River Street twice. Small bathroom but kitchen was nice and had ample plates, glasses and utensils. Our unit (unit C) does not have an onsite parking spot but we were able to park safely on the street just outside the unit so that wasn't an issue at all. Actually never drove anywhere during the (4) days since walking or riding the public transport was so easy. Ate at a couple restaurants and bars waking distance from the home so that was nice. Overall it was an enjoyable visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was with the appliances. They were entry level models and did not work very well. The location and actual unit were great!
