Girls Trip to Savannah

Really great property. Super clean and updated. Extremely comfortable beds. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. 4 of us (ladies all over 70) easily walked to the historic area. We took Ubers to and from the house at night. I would highly recommend this lovely home and would definitely stay here again should I visit Savannah.

Beautiful Historic Home

This is a spacious place to stay in the heart of the eastern historic district. It was about 2 or 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and easily walkable. The house was clean and there were a lot of little touches that made it feel like you were home. The only thing worth mentioning is if you are traveling with an elderly person, there are no grab bars or safety holds in the showers. It makes it a bit precarious if you're unsteady. It doesn't affect my rating because the house was totally worth it.

Perfect home

Everything about this home was perfect. There were many small thoughtful details (everything needed for coffee, shower products available, plenty of toilet paper). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need.

Weekend with friends

This property was perfect for me and two friends. It was spacious, located in a safe, quiet area, and made for a comfortable stay. Although street parking was a bit challenging to find in the evening, I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious home near Forsyth

Very convenient location, short walk from Forsyth Park or short drive to downtown/riverfront areas. A lot of old charm in the house and neighborhood. We visited toward the end of summer when the weather in Savannah was humid and rainy, so we did notice a bit of dampness/musty smell, but this might be expected in an old historic house. Otherwise it is beautifully restored, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a great central living space to hang out.

Historic Savannah

The location was great, very close to most everything in downtown Savannah. The house was amazing and the management was helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and at the end of an action packed day coming 'home' was very relaxing and calming.

Lovely space for a Savannah visit

The property is lovely and well maintained. We especially appreciated the coffee! It is close (walking) to Forsyth Park We Ubered to other parts of the city and the rides showed up in less than 5 minutes every time. It is well appointed and had sufficient flatware/dishware for the five of us. Street partking was easy enough. Only issue we had was one night there was a lot of yelling/screaming from the street late in the evening which was disturbing and disruptive to sleep.

St Patrick’s Day Gathering

Very clean property with easy access to the parade route, grocery store and restaurants. Love the wine bar 2 blocks away. Great hosts with really good communication and a super easy check in and check out process

A perfect friends getaway!

This was the most perfect house for us three lifelong friends! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was a spacious living area for us to cozy up in and hang out for hours talking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to suit our needs. A great location also! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!!

Abandoned girls trip due to bugs

We came to Savannah on a mother/daughter’s weekend trip. We arrived at the house around 5:00pm, did a once over of the property and got ready for our dinner out. One of my daughters wasn’t feeling well and decided to end her dinner early and went back to the house to relax. She attempted to take a shower and found what appeared to look like bed bugs on her towel. She contacted us in a panic and we rushed home. We found a few bugs (on the towel and in the actual bed) just in the one middle room. We researched and they look like bed bugs. We immediately contacted our host, Chase via text and phone call around 9pm. And also sent messages through VRBO. We never heard back from them until the following afternoon. After we decided to cut our trip early because we were terrified that they were in fact bed bugs. The lack of diligence in ensuring his facility was free from bugs ruined a weekend we don't know if we can replace. Furthermore, we now have an underlying fear that we brought something home even though we were cautious afterward. He informed us that he would have a pest control company come out to check the property, but he is ultimately the responsible party. Who knows if they were in fact bed bugs. But we didn’t want to stick around to find out.

Beautiful home wonderful location

I was in Savannah for a few days with my adult sons. The house was perfect for us. The beds are super comfortable and the house is beautiful. Everything you would need is provided with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is ideal and the neighborhood is quiet. We walked everywhere. Street parking is available and we were able to park right in front of the home. The owners were very responsive. There are restaurants close by on Bull Street if you’ve had a full day downtown. We tried The Vault…the food was delicious. Collins Quarter was another favorite.

Wonderful!

We visited Savannah with our son and both grandmothers for a golf tournament. We found this home absolutely perfect. Each Mom had a very comfortable room with private bath. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. The street was quite and we were able to park directly in front of the house every time we came back from an outing. My husband is a chef and we came with food to have a family dinner the first night. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had everything he needed. There is a grocery store and park within walking distance - we took advantage of both. It was a quick drive to River Street (less than 5 minutes) but far enough away we felt very peaceful and able to relax. We enjoyed our time and will most certainly rent again when we visit Savannah. Amazing

We loved everything about this home. It had the feel of Savannah with the luxury of updates and thoughtful furnishings. Layout is great for a girls trip, and the hosts were incredibly easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Nothing but good things to say about this property and the hosts. Even the location is ideal as it's an easy walk to Forsyth Park and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.
