House was staged beautifully. Convenient location. Was a little noisier than expected. Drain is slow in downstairs powder room sink. Drain is slow in upstairs (non master) shower. Blowdryer broke halfway through trip. Welcome information regarding nearby restaurants and coffee shops and where to put trash out might be nice. No cleaning items at all so during week stay nothing to clean counter or tables with or sweep floor. A/c worked well and patio was nice

This home was immaculate, the vibe was amazing, very comfortable and homey. Perfect location. Close to all the tourist attractions a sit was perfect for a girls new year RESET trip!! We enjoyed everything, Will book again for sure!

Some Lamps in bedroom did not work using the switch, only turned on by plugging into wall. Shower curtain in 2nd bathroom too short causing water on floor, powder room towel holder was too loose and fell out. Coffee table legs of chrome stick out too much (bad design can lead to tripping). Poorly insulated windows really loud street noises .Good location to downtown.

Nice place, good location, a few issues

PROs: Condo is beautiful with soaring ceilings, lots of space in living areas & bedrooms, tasteful decorations, A/C worked GREAT. great location. 1 block from Krogers & Starbucks. Easy walk to Forsythe park and SCAD. neighborhood seems safe, parking spot is great to have altho probably not necessary as there was ample street parking during the week. CONs: beds were mediocre, bedding was slightly scratchy, primary bedroom is on the street with streetlights illuminating the room, back bedrooms are nice & dark at night. During the week the noise level at night was acceptable. There is a jar of ear plugs so perhaps it gets noisy during the weekends. You can clearly hear cars driving by but not terrible. Surfaces, sinks, toilets, showers were clean but there were stains on the walls & blinds that were easily cleaned with a wipe. The kitchen did NOT have everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or whatever they claim in the listing. BIGGEST COMPLAINT- the pictures included washer/dryer which was a must have for our 2.5wk trip. We packed accordingly. The door to the washer/dryer was locked- three times I asked about this & received three different answers from three differently people who did not know what they were talking about. They basically ended up saying "we're sorry but too bad" it is a management company whose employees are unfamiliar with the listing and properties and the company doesn't really give a crap that they misrepresented the property.

The location was great, and the house was a good size. AC was nice keeping it cool and comfy. However, we found dirty dishes, a dirty towel, and the mirror in the bathroom fell off twice, one time hitting one of our guests. The patio was also not in a condition for us to be able to enjoy or hang out on. When I let the company know they didn’t do anything to resolve this issue until the last night we were in town which was too late.

SCAD Graduation

Within walking distance to River St and Bay St. Kind of a longer walk for little ones. Plenty of street parking. Grocery store right down the street. Very convenient. We all had a good time. We were at full capacity with 8 people, including two children under the age of 5 but we seemed to have plenty of room. No washer/dryer but we found a laundry mat a short drive away.

Weekend in Savannah

Overall it was great. Clean and adorable. The only complaint we had was with the internet and the cable tv. Internet did not work well and the cable TV had very poor channel choices.

The Price Place

This place was very nice, street noise was a lot at night, and it needs some curtains because the street lights shine in your room too. Besides that it was nice and comfy, equipped and fun!

Great trip with friends in July 2024

My friends and I loved the stay in Savannah! The home was very clean and kept nice. There was plenty of room. The location was very convenient to every place / area we wanted to explore. We walked to Forsythe Park a couple times. And if you need to stock up on snacks, there is a Kroger a couple blocks down. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We would stay here again.

Perfect place & centrally located to everything!

This home was above and beyond what we thought it would be. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having the grocery store within 5 minute walk came in handy and the house was 8-9 minutes from anything in downtown or along the riverfront. We highly recommend staying at this home and would rebook again! Thank you for an amazing first trip to Savannah!

Good property

The property was alright. Definitely could use a deep clean (rugs, couches, walls, bedrooms). One thing we were surprised by was the area of town it was located in. I’ve been to Savannah a handful of times but not too familiar with outside of the historic district. It was a bit sketchy and you hear every road noise and person walking by.

Nice condo in downtown savannah

Very nice space and floorplan. Location is convenient but as a group of women we weren't comfortable walking back from dinner after dark (just a little far from the central area) furniture and bedding in extra bedrooms could be upgraded for a much elevated experience.

Great property, bad management

Wrong code to access door lock. No local host support, took 1 1/2 hours to gain access after multiple phone conversations. Lacking the basics…napkins, garbage bags, etc. WiFi weak, no cable or smart TV’s. Plan on ‘70’s sitcoms if you are hanging out and want to watch a little TV.

Great Location-Very Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and easily walkable to most areas. We especially liked how close Kroger is! The place was extremely clean and decorated cute. The reviews said it was nosey and it is, but didn't bother us at all. The ear plugs in the bathroom was a nice touch! I would suggest blackout curtains as it is very bright in the bedrooms when trying to sleep even with the blinds closed. The toilet paper is very rough, bring your own! Same with the paper towels! There was not an iron which I found odd. When traveling it's nice to be able to iron your clothes that have been in your suitcase. The beds and pillows are nice a comfortable. The linens are a nice quality as well. Overall it's a great place and we would stay there again!

Cozy Townhouse

The townhouse is fairly close to downtown and a convenient Uber location to the River. The corner is very noisy at night so bring earplugs. Overall a nice place but needs some upgrades like mattresses and kitchen items. Downstairs toilet needs a repair.
