Everything was clean and comfortable with two minor hiccups. The code we were given to unlock the door did not work. Fortunately, our son found an unlocked door on the side so we were able to get in. However, when I contacted management about the issue, they repeatedly tried to assign us new numbers that also did not work. This went on for an hour until we finally got a working code. Also, the heat was on an automatic setting that lowered the temperature during the night while we were asleep. The next day my husband spent some time resetting the thermostat so we were more comfortable.
