Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist. "Han sido unos dias maravillosos. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. La casa es espectacular y totalmente equipada, no le falta ningun detalle. Su propietaria es encantadora, muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicacion de la casa es muy buena, en primera linea de mar y con unas vistas impresionantes, con unas puestas de sol preciosas. Sin duda alguna es un sitio totalmente recomendable, tanto para ir en familia como para ir con amigos. El plan perfecto."

"Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool sind toll bepflanzt und angelegt. Es gibt ein Turmzimmer mit Super-Aussicht auf das Meer, den Teide, das Orotava-Tal und Puerto de la Cruz. Auch von der Poolliege kann man den Teide sehen. Die Umgebung ist sehr steil; wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder gerne Auto fährt, ist das kein Problem. Dafür die tolle Aussicht... "Das einzig schöne waren die Bilder im Internet. Sie sind sicher sehr veraltet und entsprachen in keiner Weise dem völlig heruntergekommenen Zustand des Hauses. Das schlimmst war die extreme Feuchtigkeit im Haus, die zu Schimmelbildung in den Räumen führte. Selbst die beiden Lufttrockner, die wir zweimal pro Tag geleert haben, haben da nicht wirklich geholfen. Kleidung konnte man z.B. im Schrank nicht lagern, da sie feucht wurde, und meine Frau bekam Reizhusten ob des Schimmels. Der Fernseher...

"We stayed as a couple for 12 days in Marta's beautiful house in a quiet location in the north of Tenerife. You have a great view of the sea and can reach the beach quickly on foot.Marta provided us with comprehensive information about sights, shopping opportunities and more in the run-up to the trip. The communication was also very pleasant during our stay and Marta always responded very promptly. The house is very well equipped and very clean, so that we quickly settled in.We can recommend this...
