Wonderful, quiet & close to the airport! The home decor was unique & fun, but still felt very inviting. It was just two of us that stayed here and most of the stay we were exploring the area or visiting with friends for a good portion of the time. It was so nice to come back at the end of the day to a house that felt like "home". The only complaint we had was the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but manageable for a few days. We would definitely book this location if visiting the area again.

Roomy house
Plenty of room to move about. Clean. lots of tvs, unique "man cave room" Booking site needs to change/add some check-in things. There is no lockbox with physical key. Lock is a digital door lock. Enter a # after entering in door code. When checking in, drive around back of house, lock is on back door.

Off the beaten path but close to everything
My family (5 of us) were in town for my father's birthday, plus some of the party were going to Universal Studios. This house was in the middle between the two locations, which was super handy. We met the caretaker when we arrived - a super nice guy who showed us around and pointed out that you need to add a # to the end of the code to unlock the door (the rental company doesn't mention that). The house was comfortable and plenty big enough for all of us to spread out. A big plus was all the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. The only complaint was the bed in our room was a bit uncomfortable, but was better for us once I took the foam topper off. We would definitely stay here again!

Family visit
This rental property was in the perfect location for our family that lives down in Florida. The house has plenty of space and room for guests. We loved the great room and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Would gladly stay there again.

Great Baseball Location
Visited Sanford, FL for a baseball tournament. Great location next to the park and the house was a perfect location for the team to gather between games and during a rain delay.

Nice and quiet
We stayed here during our son’s baseball tournament at the boombah complex. The park is directly across the road so it was very convenient, especially during lightening delays. House is nice, clean, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Clean
Spacious and very clean. The location is private and easy to locate. My only suggestion would be to get a new mattress topper or mattress for the bedroom on the left of the kitchen(side with 2 rooms). Also, there needs to be a Roku or SMart Tvs in the two main living areas. We weren't only there in the evenings, but we could only find one of the major channels and nothing for kids to watch. We appreciate the curtesy of late checkout! :-) Thanks!

It's our home away from home
It's in a good location for us and very convenient to stores. And it's also very quiet and gives you that home away from home feeling. The home is always clean and I got to meet the owner and he's very kind and cares for your comfort and opinions. It's truly a great place to relax and feel at home.

Great for Boombah Sports Complex
We chose this location to play in a World Series tournament across the street at Boombah Baseball fields. It was great, could walk to the park, had a place to go for rain delays, and plenty of room. Had everything we needed and then some! The cable tv selection wasn’t the best, but all Televisions were smart TVs, so they are Netflix was available etc…. We literally got of the plan and were at the house in 5 minutes from the airport. If we hadn’t done some of the beach and Florida stuff, we would be 5 minutes from everything we needed. That being said, we did go to the beach, it’s 45 minutes away. Great location to go to beach, Orlando, etc without having to be in all the traffic of the big city. We would definitely stay there again.

In Sanford for Baseball tourney and house is across the street from the park. House is a bit dated but in exceptional shape and in safe environment(neighborhood). We “totally” enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for sharing. Hopefully, we will be invited back to baseball tourney and can get same house! The Cox Family, Wilmington, N. C.

The home was all they said it would be But our check in was for 4 p.m. we arrived at 4:35 and they were still cleaning the home. Asked us to give them 20 minutes which we did but was left with sheets and towels in the dryer and washer??? No trash bags in trash cans.

Spacious house with lots of room!
Our family enjoyed celebrating Christmas at this property. It was large enough to host everyone for dinner. We loved having the two living rooms to spread out! The owner was very nice and accommodating when I spoke with her on the phone. We had a little hiccup with our stay but she was quick to remedy the situation. The house could use updated towels and bedding, but other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Sleeping capacity
This property advertises Sleeps 8 , it not so. 6 is the absolute maximum for this home. We do not consider air mattresses in the living room as a bed for adults and the other beds are small. The property is nice and we made do with sleeping on the couch but be prepared when you rent this house.

Clean and very spacious
The only issue I had was that when I looked online the price was one thing and when I booked the house the price was higher. I was not happy about being miss led. The 3rd bed room had a sewer issue and the owner was there performing the repair. He is a very nice man and we got along great. he was the entire timr trying to finish the repair. I was just not happy about the price difference. When I called Evolve about it I was told it was because of a special event. My question in why didn't it show on the web site. It does when I use Home Away.

Lovely and spacious home - perfect for a large group.
The drawing card for this home was its roominess with many areas to socialize and quiet nooks to be alone including a lovely screened in porch with a cushioned porch swing, table and comfy chairs. I wouldn't necessarily give it 5 stairs for cleanliness but considering its other attributes, I would grade it an overall 5. The back yard was private and very restful with beautiful trees and a large grassy area and lounging chairs and a picnic table.

I gave this three stars because the owner tried to make our stay better. Positives: The house is spacious and the beds, bathrooms and the kitchen were basically clean. Negatives: There were other issues with cleanliness, i.e. we found underwear and socks in the sofa; the air intakes were very dirty and the hallway closet (which my husband wiped off) was also covered in grime. There was no soap in the bathroom showers and no replacement rolls of TP, and some towels need to be replaced due to the fact that they are soiled and discolored beyond regular washing.

Fantastic home
This place was everything we hoped for and more. Great location, peaceful, and well appointed. The separate bedroom/bathroom suites were perfect for us (one couple and two Aunties) and the shared spaces were great as well. Screened in patio very popular for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Kitchen well appointed, but supplies limited (bring your own spices etc. if you plan on doing a lot of cooking like I did), grill is a great size.

Space very accommodating but had some cleanliness issues with bedspreads and towels. Light bulbs out on many of fixtures. Needs some repairs on some furniture. Could not get one bedroom tv to work.

With your early unexpected check in, it made it a little difficult to accomplish a perfect job considering the previous guest had just checked out. Great house with lots of space!
This house is located in a remote location, but is still just a short drive from everything in Sanford. It is quiet and very spacious. The addition to the house, a large entertainment room with a wet bar, is truly spectacular. A great place to stay if visiting Sanford!

Great location, spacious for gathering and rooms wonderful for privacy.
If you’re looking for lots of space and private rooms, this is a great place. Gathering spots like the den, living room/kitchen and screen porch are open, while the bedrooms are each spacious with private bath/shower. We felt safe and comfortable. Even though it’s close to airport it was quiet. It’s easy to go to downtown Sanford (great restaurants and shops) or Lake Mary (15 min from both). Our elderly mother (89) had her own room and walk-in-shower. They provide comforts of home like coffee and TV’s, and their instructions/expectations were clear as well. Loved it and hope to return!

Great Flow for A Family Party
WE were in Sanford for our son's wedding. Lots of family in from all over the country. The house was great for entertaining. Due to the effects of Hurricane Irma, we had a few difficulties with TV's and internet, but the property manager was very helpful and worked with us to resolve our problems. The house is well appointed with TV's in every room, lots of space, nice workable kitchen. We had a great time and would come back to it.

Perfect house for any size family!
We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Rene and Beth, the property manager, were so welcoming and really made us feel like we were at home. It's a great space for a smaller family like ours but we could definitely see a larger family here enjoying their time. I definitely would recommend this to friends/family and we will definitely look into staying here again next time we need to!

Home away from home!
We stayed in this wonderful home for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The homeowner was so generous and accommodating and Beth, the property manager, cheerfully helped us throughout our entire stay. Enjoyable stay
My husband and I spent 3 days in this home and we felt comfortable, private and safe in a quiet location walking distance to a sports complex with paved sidewalks if you like to walk or jog. The home is very spacious indoors and outdoors, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and hot water in showers. The coins embedded in the bar top are interesting and a must see. We were 30 mins or less from Blue Springs, Wekiva Falls, Gemini Falls and our daily favorite, the Sanford Riverwalk. Renee and Beth were very pleasant and easy to work with. All in all, we had and enjoyable stay and we thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, Renee.

Great holiday vacation home in a relaxing environment
Rented this property for family to visit over the new years holiday and it could not have worked out better! Great home with tons of living and entertainment space. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the great room and screen porch were super for hanging out and relaxing. The owner Rene and property manager Beth were wonderful and accomodating. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Orlando area.

Wonderful
This home was absolutely perfect for my family. In was large enough for my son and his family and very spacious. The owner was accommodating and I appreciated that there were basic food staples at the house. It was also perfectly located for us as it feels secluded but is only minutes from everything. We will be back.
