"This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls....

"I absolutely loved staying here. It has a nice view of the ocean, its a quick walk down to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Its larger than I expected and has a very comfy bed. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could stay here longer. I would definitely come again."
