Add, the Avila Beach area location is/was a perfect travel balance for our day trips to Santa Barbara and San Simeon, in addition to exploring the Pismo / Avila areas. "DeSolina was a charming fun little cottage in a winery. I suggest arriving before sunset because it does awfully dark and finding parking and front door was a challenge. Thankfully Dean was on hand to help us . Otherwise it was a great stay. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stalked for a light meal, the patio was lovely to sit in and watch the stars or drink coffee. We actually ate dinner our there one night. "Tidy, well appointed home in SLO. It is on a main road, but the front yard patio was nice to sit and relax in. No bother from traffic or anything. "Great 2 bedroom place with big TV in the living room and full kitchen. We stayed for 8 days and set up 2 offices to work from during the day. VERY comfortable main bed and strong AC. Close to downtown SLO, Madonna Inn, Edna Valley vineyards, and Pismo Beach. The owner was very proactive with communications and explained everything for check in, check out, and everything else. Parking spaces are a little narrow so if you have a big truck it might be tight."
