"A wonderful, relaxing return visit for us. It met and exceeded our expectations. As host, Ryan is perfect. His 2 sidekicks, Bourbon and Cider were too. One of our dogs and both humans loved playing with them. The place is understatedly well decorated and comfortable. The huge front porch overlooking the view of the hill, and Morro Rock in the distance when clear, as it was for us. The sunrise and sunsets both were beautiful. "We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,."

"This is a wonderful place to stay as it really is walking distance to everything in and around the downtown Paso Robles Square. The house is a great size with everything you need. The beds for us were very comfortable. We brought our own pots, pans and knifes and we used the many farmers markets to gather fresh food to cook each night. The only downside is 16th street is a Main Street used by the locals in the morning and again at night time. Other than that very quit. Yes we hope to stay here...

"The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. "What a perfect stay! The house is amazing, so beautifully decorated, so clean! Immaculate backyard with peaceful garden. Front porch with rocking chairs. 5 minute walk to the center of Paso Robles, to restaurants and the lovely park. Great neighborhood to walk in as well. The kitchen is amazing, love the cabinet color, the stunning design and functionality. It has everything you would ever need to make a great meal. "Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was lovely, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown with good restaurants within walking distance. Communications with the owner was fast and efficient when we had any questions. We certainly hope to return in the future."

The feeling of the house was somewhat sterile starting with the electronic welcome board by the front door which the property management company placed there. The furnishings were okay. In my opinion the house lacked warmth which others may not care about. I liked the open layout for the kitchen,eating,dining, family room. I caution anyone thinking of having a party here to be aware that...

"We go to Paso Robles every year for a Wildland firefighter fundraiser. This year we booked this house and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was big and allowed us to cook home made meals to have dinner with the family. The rooms were big and had comfortable pillows. Easy access to the pool with a gate around it, which gave us a feel for security for the kids to stay out of it. Overall it was a great house."

"We had a great stay here, only one night so we didn't get to explore Grover Beach much. We were SO pleased that the bed we slept on was great! We had a pleasant take-out dinner with our daughter in the dining room, and walked our dog around the neighborhood, and had coffee down the block. This place had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We will call upon Melany and Jon again to stay here."
