"The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, compact, and homey. Check in was a breeze due to keyless entry and the code being shared before arrival. The garden was gorgeous! A lovely location to spend a few days. Marvin is a responsive host, he answered all my questions and emails both prior to and during the stay. Close to several beautiful areas and beaches. We saw so much of the countryside and ate at several great restaurants."

There was a table and chairs outside but they were not clean and the metal chairs had no cushions that we had access to. "My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. "We were 2 couples and we had an amazing stay here. Ryan was a very welcoming host, as were the dogs! The house was very clean and included all amenities. The views were simply outstanding, especially sunset! Unfortunately it was too misty to see the sunrise. This was a perfect 3 night stop on our way up the coast. Highly recommended and would definitely return."
