Great stay. Kirsten and Bryan were very responsive. House manager Irvink was helpful. The chef Cosme he recommended was wonderful. The house is beautiful, walking distance to some shops and the beach, the gym and Dunes club was great. Would definitely stay again!

Great property. Close to beach and pool with easy ride on golf cart. House is very well equipped and clean. Owner very responsive and engaged. Highly recommend utilizing Chef Daniel and Guermo to set up fishing. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely incredible home in palmilla. Super fun location that is an easy walk or golf cart ride to the swimmable beach, or dinner at one&only palmilla. The palmilla dunes access was a solid perk as well. Nice cafe, gym, sauna, and pool at the dunes club. House has a nice view of the ocean and golf course (which is also super fun). Would highly recommend. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful home with all of the amenities!!

We loved staying at your home! It was paradise. Beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the use of the golf cart was a game changer. We went to local restaurants, the gym, and the pool. And Irvink was amazing. He helped us out with transportation and any questions we had about the house. We definitely want to return. We had the best time! Thank you!

Favorite Cabo setup yet

Having the space of this house was a game changer compared to the resorts we’ve stayed at. The golf cart included was amazing and made it so easy to get to the beach and back. Definitely utilize the chef services and pamilla dunes club access. We worked out there every day and enjoyed the pool with our kids.

Great house!

Thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was super clean and in a great location. We loved being able to use the golf cart to go to the gym, spa and cute little Palmilla shopping area. The beach was a 5-minute walk and San Jose Del Cabo only a 25 cab ride away. Irvink was super helpful in planning dinner reservations and activities and also very responsive to the couple of problems we did have with some kitchen appliances not working. Highly recommended!

All shook up

Upon arrival we were surprised that the manager Irvink, was not there to greet us. Instead we walked in to the chef who was preparing our dinner. About 45 minutes later JP showed up to “quickly” rush us through the amenities. We were surprised about the number of nights we were woken up by land movement, every night. According to the locals there is fracking nearby.I tried to arrange golf and was told the golf course is now private but they would still call and see what they could do. Never heard back.The battery on the safe was dead so they had to send someone with a key which took 3 hours. On the day of departure tried to send the cleaning crew 2 hours early. No one ever showed up the day of departure.The property is beautiful just know your on your own.

Spring Break Vacation

We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Cabo!

Wonderful Family Vacation

My wife & I our three daughters , their three husbands and our two granddaughters. All shared the home and loved our stay. the home perfectly stocked with more than we could use and the proximity the beach, play ground and the One & Only (reservations only access) we're fantastic. Morning walks and golf cart rides to the beach, grocery store and farmers market were a real treat. the welcome staff and management team also made everything super easy for our group as it was our 1st time to the area. helping us see San Jose and making dinner reservations Flora Farms for dinner is a must as was dinning in with local chefs at the home. Honestly I'd give them more stars if i could. Well done Brian and and Del Mar Team Irvink! CO

Spotless, beach close, large comfortable home

If you appreciate a clean rental property this is the place. It's spotless! Golf cart is a winner as the beach, and restaurants are a 5 minute golf cart ride away. The 4 bedrooms are good size with good size bathrooms. 8 people can easily enjoy this house comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room had detergent. The owner was very responsive and prompt. The concierge did everything we requested from setting up airport transfers, in house chef, and stocking groceries. The house is large with TVs in all rooms. View is of the coastline . Good size pool with great condition outdoor furniture. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and some pool toys are there for your use. Definitely return and recommend this property to others.

BEWARE major changes at Palmilla

We are a family of 7 and we go to Cabo 2-3 times a year and always stay in Medano beach because the beach is swimmable. We decided to try out Palmilla because we always heard good things about it. I will start with the positive. Property is amazing on top of a hill with gorgeous views. The owner of the house is extremely communicative and accommodating. The house is very clean and well taken care of. It’s in close proximity to the beach compared to much of the property and is just a short golf cart ride away. We booked the place for 7 days and left by the third day with no refund. Unfortunately during our stay there was a hurricane in the Pacific and the waves were super high. This area already has rough water in most spots. With the hurricane way far out made it even worse. We did not feel comfortable letting our five children in the water. On the second day, we had a taxi take us to Medano Beach where the water was still very calm. Club 96 was recently changed to only be accessible by owners and not renters. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Same goes for Club Espirtu. This leaves you with nothing to do rather than stay at the house. The only thing for my family of 7 to do was swim in the backyard pool. We would’ve liked to be able to have access to a common pool area where guests could go. We also enjoy having food and drink service when on vacation and this also didn’t exist since Club 96 was taken away. I kindly asked the owner to refund us half of our money back on the second day and he refused. He then told us he will give us $2,000 back and never refunded anything. Too bad Palmilla stripped away access for all guests to Club 96 . Sadly, I believe this will effect their business.

Stunning 5 Star Property

Our family had a delightful time at this gorgeous, beautifully appointed home in the heart of the luxurious Palmilla resort. Concierge service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly attentive, the location is central to beautiful San Jose del Cabo and a nice drive to Cabo for more action. The house is walking distance to the beach and amenities on the property. Will definitely return!

Fantastic Cabo Property

We loved this property for so many reasons - the location in a gated community with terrific security, the proximity to restaurants, the beach, golf courses, etc. The villa was very well kept and easy for two couples to live in. The golf cart was a huge plus! Loved the outdoor spaces and pool. We would definitely consider renting the property again.
