"House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. "

"I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! "This is the third time my best friend and I have rented this property. It is a beautiful home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real plus on those warm afternoons. The owner, Chris, and his property manager Martha were a joy to deal with. We are planning a return visit next year."
