From here, you’ll enjoy direct access to the first master bedroom with golf course views, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed and pool access. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.



Moving upstairs, the staircase stands out with its elegant golf villa style and traditional artwork on display as you ascend. The second floor opens into the main living room and dining area, where large windows frame breathtaking views of both the Sea of Cortez and the golf course. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen, a third bedroom, and another master bedroom. Step out onto the spacious terrace with a BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying the views.
