"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta. Graditissimi l’olio di loro produzione e le lenticchie trovati in appartamento come omaggio. Sono stati cinque giorni perfetti. Grazie di tutto!"

"The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. "Our nearly 2 week stay in this apartment was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and appointed wonderfully. the location was perfect and the town and people were everything we hoped for when we booked this dream trip. we explored every nook and cranny of Spoleto and cant wait to come back again. There are steps but we used them to brush up on our Italian numbers :) you would be hard pressed to find another apartment at this price that's been restored as this one... Thanks Denis and Enrico."

"Reception area had heavy cigarette smell and is right next to breakfast area. Failed to have the rooms we had booked and was offered room in bell tower where i would have felt like Quasimodo. All four of us ended in one room with only 1 bathroom. It was just one night so we survived. Toilet in our room seemed not be working 100 percent after flushing. "
